Hi there! we have this model. Is there a way for us to pop off the clear plastic on the keys so we can change the labels since we changed the PLUS?

1) How do you enter the starting amount of money in the cash register?
2) Is there a way to run a monthly report? What I’m finding is that you have to run a period report and then clear the system in another function so that when you print future period reports you only get from the time you cleared until the time you run. We want to be able to print MONTHLY. Does that sound like the best option?
3) Now that I’ve programmed the PLUs (only two of them and a negative setting), what is the correct way to punch in the keys? For instance, I’m selecting 1  then I hit the cash out ($95.00) but if I press cash, it’s doesn’t register as any amount, only zero and if I hit 1 again, I get a sequence error note. It was working yesterday, but not sure what I did here.
