Register showing random text on REG, any button press show warning sequence err i can't factory reset it said sd card required 😢

Thank you for your message.
Sequence error just means button pressed in wrong sequence, or in the wrong mode.
It is usually fixed by turning back to the mode where the error first happened and completing or cancelling the unfinished transaction.
What model cash register are you using?

@sam4shelp413 I'm on er-260ej, I have random gibberish text some numbers and some Japanese looking character on the display, ANY button press goes into the sequence error. I didn't turn the key anywhere
