More good info from you. Is a shame you only did 3 log cabin videos. You have a way explaining things and your a natural in front of the camera. Would be nice to see more of your log home as what can be seen looks great. Thanx for the three videos I'll use some of your advice and ideas when chinking time comes around. 😸
Thank you so much!!! Rechinking my circa 1877 family house and no one has explained all these details so well. I’m going to follow your method! So grateful.
Thank you! I did the mesh for one wall with nails, and the rest of the room has been sitting chink-less for weeks because I am dreading the process again. Screws and staples are going to work so much better. Thank you!
I have a log home from 1980. All the cement chinking is falling apart. But the mash lath seems to be alright. It has installation behind the mash. Would you recommend me to remove all the old mash and installation and replace them with foam or backer rod and then chink it? Or you think I can just keep the installation and mash lath? Have you try Perma Chink? Any reason you use cement chinking? Thanks.
Really good, simple instructions! Nice work.

Great video!
You should mention that there is a up and down side of wire lath as one way the diamonds are designed to hold mortar !!!
Thank you for this. You’re awesome
