On the subject of fasting, I was instructed to fast to heal from pancreatitis. It wasn't too hard because I was in pain. It's good to give your digestive system a rest as long as you're hydrated. People eat too much in general. (❤ your channel!!)

Have you tried a tension rod for curtains? Lowes or Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond have them. Just measure first. The width is adjustable.

I’m in Lauderdale. Luckily my neighbor didn’t flood even with this small lake behind my house. I think they drained the lake a bit a few days before. This rain was crazy. Had to rescue a lot of people from their locations. Thanks for sharing another video. Stay safe ❤️

Great video as Always✨️Please note you can purchase solar lights and sit on your counters or etc. That will reduce your generator usage or a great for any additional lighting you may want. Just sit them outside in the sun to charge and bring them in when done. They have small sizes to flood light size.

I had lasik surgery when it first came out (30+ yrs ago!) my dr was fantastic- I have mono vision correction (1 eye is under corrected for near vision so I’ll never need reading gls!). What a blessing to be gls free! Thought I saw your van in Pensacola last wk….I felt creepy waiting around to see if it was u! I luv your channel & the calm mellow vibes you project! I live in Georgia, and I love Publix; was just there a few days ago - it's always so clean and I swear I had at least five employees say 'Good Morning' to me. They are always so nice, down to the baggers offering to take your items out to your car.
Try their made-to-order sub sandwiches when you get a chance... They are incredible! The bakery cakes are, too!

I just started my intermittent fasting journey a month ago. I switch it up with varying fasting lengths-18, 16, 14, 20. I have so much less inflammation in my body. Have seen some longstanding skin issues clear up too. I’m so excited that you’re a faster! And that you share with us.

Publix has a mango pie during the summer that’s delish. Jmo but Publix is the Chic Fil A of grocery stores. A 40-60 hour fast? You’re so inspirational❤️. I do intermittent fasting on a regular basis but never a long fast. I loved Ozark. There are so many good shows on Hulu,too. Those lights really are nice. Everybody needs a break from the usual, even if just to do something out of the ordinary routine. The salmon looked really good. I will have to try it that way. I usually cook mine on grill with garlic butter and pepper. So good with salad and corn on cob, also cooked on grill. Well, have a peaceful night, and keep on keeping on.

NOPE! I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 and there is no way they can play in my eyes. Also I had a friend to have it two times and still has to wear glasses. They told her that after the first time and revision it just wasn't as effective. I'm glad you got extra security and a cover for the bike. The salmon meal looked delish. That Florida heat and humidity can be draining. Have a great rest of your day!

There are some pretty cheap buffets out there. I did Lasix about 20 years ago. While I can see great for distances, I was told as you age you will end up wearing glasses for reading, so yes, I'm wearing glasses again! So yeah, Lasix is not forever. Have a great day!

Hi Nomi! When you talk to van folks may I recommend you request a referral to speak with an experienced camper conversion expert about improving the generator situation. I was perplexed when you said you use a generator to power amenities.
We self-built our Sprinter camper van in 2021, installed two 200 watt-hour 12V lithium ion batteries which charge from two roof-mounted solar panels, through converter to 110 so using battery stored power we are able to boondock for days, operating everything in our living space (lights, microwave, plug in appliances such as kettle, toaster, induction cooktop - no onboard propane!)
We don’t have an generator, but might get a small rechargeable one in future for emergencies. The lithium ion batteries also charge up when driving if needed. We don’t use cab/engine battery for anything other than running the engine. It all works so seamlessly!

Like the light strip! I am the one that always says open your windows open your door get some natural sunlight in there all through the day and then use your interior lights at night. Nothing like natural sunlight if it’s cool enough, I love when you tell the temperature too, in Michigan we’re all over the map. I just had four days of 85° right now it’s 56.* ha.

Yum! Bourbon salmon and baked beans. Sounds yummy! I usually doctor baked beans by adding a little mustard, some maple syrup, maybe some chopped onion. So good!
I have had eye surgery. It’s the best. Last year I had cataract surgery and now I see almost perfect.
