Just to explain, Amy extraterrestrial help would likely not be accepted for a long time due to human distrust. Even completely logical aid will be seen as having sinister motives.
No more war can only be implemented if either wars just cannot happen anymore, or if all the countries become a collective entity. If the former, that means border disputes will last forever as they cannot end with force. If the latter, many will disapprove due to the differing ways countries are governed.

The most important thing is that we become civilization type 2, i.e. that we can use all of the sun's energy. From this point onwards, we can spread throughout the universe at will and apply the same principle to every solar system. In this way, we scale almost boundlessly into the universe, decentralize ourselves and become immortal because no catastrophic event can affect all of humanity. I think a Dyson Swarm around Earth would get us to Civilization I. It would start as a ring facing the Sun. It would indeed make Earth able to collect more sunlight. After gathering enough sunlight to start up the project the swarm would actually move about to swarm and orbit Earth. As in the video, control the weather and natural disasters.
