Not a lot of songs i really love this year, especially compared to 2021 for example but i think Australia is going to surprise a bunch of people (definitely could see them getting the "dad vote"), i expect finland to get the most public votes but might struggle to get enough jury point to win over all. I think France might actually be a surprise winner because they can get both the '"Normie/Mom vote" and it is quite "jury friendly". I think sweden is going to disappoint, most people who only watch eurovision without looking anything up generally don't really care about Loreen and all performances i've seen simply weren't good (vocally).

While I agree that this year is pretty weak, there still are obvious favourites this year
