    To say it doesn’t affect you is ridiculous. That’s literally part of what molded this guys life. Grooming children for a certain lifestyle starts young which makes them not see the problem with it. Maybe he wasn’t scared but it definitely affected him.

    Saw the first Murder at 6. Sounds like the story in the "A Bronx Tale". Calogero was about 6 when he witnessed the shooting.

A normal human being will be traumatized by it but the human brain self heals in weird ways, one being to suppress a traumatic memory in the recesses of the mind. That’s why people will experience something terrible at a young age & not even remember it until decades later.

      I've seen a couple of people die in under not so great circumstances in my life. Not one stuck in my mind. However my grandfather died 2 years ago under somewhat peaceful circumstances. That shit haunts me. I think it's time related for me. With the others, it was quick and easy, no time for questions or thoughts and you move on with your life. With my grandfather it was 2 weeks in a hospital with a painfully slow detteriation process.
