    Beef Haleem:
    Ingredients
    Groats(barley) 2cups
    Split Bengal gram 1cup
    Rice ½ cup
    Split green gram ½ cup
    Red lentil ½ cup
    Ingredients to tempering:
    Onion 1
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Ingredients for Haleem:
    Beef 400gm
    Qorma masala 2tbsp
    Onion medium 1
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Salt , black pepper , turmeric as required
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Oil ½ cup
    Ingredients for garnishing:
    Coriander, green chilies as required
    Ginger, lemon as required
    All spice as required
    Method:
    Soak Groats,Split Bengal gram and Split green gram seperately. Then add salt and tender. For salan heat oil and fry onion .then add chicken and ginger garlic paste add and roast .Now add salt ,chili ,turmeric ,qorma masala and yogurt and roast it well after this add boiled ingredients and add 2 cups of water add and cook for 40 to 45 minutes .finally add all spices powder and mix well .now for oil tempering heat clarified butter and fry onion .then add mustard seeds and curry leaves and do the bhagar .finally add green coriander ,green chili ,ginger ,lemon and all spices powder and then garnish and serve .
    Shahi Tukray:
    Ingredients:
    Bread Slices 8
    Milk 3 cup
    Sugar ¾ cup
    Silver Leaf 1
    Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
    Whole Dried Milk ¾ cup
    Almonds, Pistachios as required
    Green Cardamoms 3-4
    Clarified Butter for frying
    Screw pine Essence 3-4 drops
