    TURKISH FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients
    Salt 1 tsp
    Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Mixed herbs 1 tsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Fennel 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 6
    Coriander ½ cup
    Eggs 2
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Grind all the above ingredients together till saunf, then add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilies, coriander and grind well. Marinate 1 kg chicken with all the ground ingredients, and leave it to marinate for 2 hours. In a pan, add the marinated chicken with marination without water, cover, and cook for half an hour till the chicken is done, when the mixture is cool, add in 2 eggs, corn flour 2 tbsp, flour 2 tbsp, mix all well, then deep fry chicken, remove the marinated chicken, spread with sesame seeds and deep fry till light golden. Serve hot with fries.
    CHANA DAAL GOSHT RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Mutton ½ kg
    Medium sliced onions 2
    Tomatoes 2 sliced
    Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Cinnamon 1inch piece
    Green cardamom 4
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    METHOD :
    Mix all together in a pressure cooker, add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 30 mins till mutton tender, chanay ki daal 1 cup heaped boiled, cook mutton till done, add daal, cover and cook till daal done, lastly add curry leaves, coriander leaves and ½ cup dahi and green chilies, cover and cook till oil comes on top, and daal and mutton tender, serve with rice.
    LYCHEE DAIQUIRI RECIPE :
    Ingredients
    Lychees 15
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Lychees sharbat ½ cup
    Ice cubes 1 ½ cup
    White soft drink 300 ml
    METHOD :
    Blend all together until slushy, and serve immediately.
