without throwing accusations, Garcia looked shaky in the eyes whenever he and Devin were in the same room. Post weigh in, he suddenly looked more confident in the eyes and his mouth was never ajar/ hanging at the lower jaw. If he cheated, he was in carhoots but, was set up for his behaviours post Tank fight, or he was set up for indirect disrespect towards his promoter during the post Haney press conference or could be that he started making unreasonable demands thus upsetting his handlers and their higher up's. Could the neglect for weight loss have been a way of camouflaging the PED's? Another angle is could he have upset People in Haney's corner for the constant gloating and match fixing with the bet after having cheated with the weight?
Another proof of "Shady" behavior on Ryan's behalf is, this was his "Second" biggest career fight where if he could beat Devin he'd get all of his belts, the purse, the UNDISPUTED title probably go to the top of the P4P list, all the glory and legitimately, all the bragging rights of being the face of boxing. Why then would he intentionally not make weight and then afterwards act like these things didn't matter. I find something very suspicious about this behavior he demonstrated after the fight.

Not how that works. They already have the samples. He can opt to re-test the B sample aka the portion that was not tested initially. Report said he failed two separate tests, and potentially for 2 separate substances.

@@abouwane3911 the samples were reportedly collected on site day before and right after the fight. They then ship those samples to a lab for comprehensive testing which can take some time. Meaning the results are not instantaneous. There is also usually testing done in the lead up to the fight which would provide results prior to the event taking place in some cases. This helps to catch anything in the system during the preparation or during the competition.

They run the tests multiple times to make sure. Takes a little while for the results to come back. It's common practice. Baumgartner didn't pop up dirty till after her fight too.
