- Hii!! This tutorial is just a quick thing to showcase how I myself animate my sprites. It's a bit all over the place, so I apologize for that!

im happy to say this tut works really well!! its easy to understand and sprites look really smooth.
thanks again! one problem is that the sprites over lap in game and look all glitchy and weird. but my friend figured out how to fix it so don't worry about it. idk why i made a separate comment.

I was pretty decent at making FNF movement animation but had a long hiatus due to the game dying
This one video got me back into the flow
And also "I CAN DO 2 FRAMES + TWEENED?" which surprised me because I did the tweening manually and over done the frames.

I think this might help me learn how to re animate stuff
You can also convert the tweens to keyframes, and go back and fix any tween offset errors if they occur!!

Really helpful tutorial but when i generate the spritesheet and click on the preview there seems to be ohter parts of the sheet showig up during the animation and i don know how to fix it.

I'm a bit late but I have a problem. Since I need an idle to put on the title screen, I followed all the passages but still export only one static image in the spritesheet instead of the whole thing

okay so when i try and tween the parts dont rotate they just slide and then snap into place, help me
did you make all the parts symbols in separate layers, connect them with the layer tree, and set their rotation point?
Is stack frames required?
i have a question: for some reason when i parent a graphic and i would stretch the object it was parented to (idk if this happens to drawings that aren't graphics) it would stretch the other graphic and not move it (tldr: when i stretch a graphic that was parented to something then it would stretch both of the objects like if it was a whole picture all together.) do you know how to fix this? it would help a lot. Thank you.

i actually get it through school! however i know there are also totally legal ways to get it
whenever i convert all the symbols into a single one and name it idle it gets rid of all frames but one and makes all the symbols just one so i cant move any individual parts anymore... anyone know how to fix this?
i accidentaly put the background color to white when exporting the spritesheet, aaand i can't change it to be transparent again, so anyone knows how to make it transparent again?
Change the background while trying to export it again
Oh wait actually just choose the color to the left of the thing to enter the color wheel or the white and red thing at the top bar

hey, i was in the process of animating the body of my character, but whenever i tweened it, the character would float up before going to its final position. i noticed that this was due to where the plot point was placed, but i don't know how else to fix it. any tips?
i’m not 100% sure how to fix it other than erasing all the keyframes but one then redoing the tween :(
it's cool! i think i fixed it anyways, all i did was put the plot point back into the center before i did the tween. thanks for the help 👍

is there any difference if instead of drawing I import an image file?
On importing image file you cant edit the drawing of the image and if drawn on animate you can edit anything on it just no like gradient or airbrush
