Vajrasattva meditation is widely practiced in Tibetan Buddhism, from purification and healing, to removing obstacles and to the path of enlightenment.
• "Vajra" represents firmness, unwavering strength.
• "Sattva" signifies being and spiritual essence.
The practice involves visualization of Vajrasattva, and visualizing a flow of crystal-clear nectar that purifies body, speech, and mind. This nectar symbolizes Vajrasattva's blessing, transforming kleshas.
Here connecting the mantra is not just a petition for help, rather it is self- awareness, unfolding our true selves.
