    Nice machining there! From what manufacturer are your live tools? they're the perfect length to not hit the spindle with the holder itself.

    Nice part man, I think you coud decrease your cycle time quite a bit by pushing those drills a little bit harder with less pecking (3X diameter peck length). Super cool!

      Thanks! The program was written for steel, just swapped out the raw material to cut from brass so we could do it w/o coolant and get better filming.

    I’d for sure switch to carbide drills with thru coolant. Save a lot of time pecking.
