How to safely teach a foal to stand tied

Little Sully has been having quite an adventure full life so far! At 2 ½ months he's already gone to a horse show, trail riding, in a creek...but now...he needs to learn to stand tied.
Here I break down what I'm looking for as we work through this, how to make it a good experience for him, and how to work through new things.
