    Crazy, I thought Murray and Howie were the same person until seeing this!!

    Murray has said on camera that Don Wayne was hired to help build the trick. Don Wayne was David Copperfield's principal magic creator and illusion director for a long time. Yet here he said nothing, kinda makes you wonder how truthful he is being in this interview.

    Interesting. I've subscribed. So I saw young Howie do the glove in his stand up act and I laughed my ass off. Best thing was when his character did it on St. Elsewhere which was the perfect venue being a hospital. Howies character did the glove blow and the other characters were unimpressed. Howies character said, "Yeah I saw I guy do it on TV. It wasn't funny there either." Whoever came up with Howies character doing that trick and poking fun at Stand Up Howie was brilliant. I have never fogotten that moment on TV

    Murray (WAS) a good guy, but unethical in our field and he talks a good talk on these interviews. But what you don’t know is that he is a thief who steals other’s Routines and patter cause he’s not able to write his own and is exactly like Howie said about comics stealing his life’s work. Over all love Howie and mad respect he handled that like a champion ❤

      You nailed it except for the first half of your first sentence. He is not a good guy. Blows me away that he still has friends. I can only attribute that to them having no clue of the type of person he actually is.

      @@AnastasiaSynn i AGREE! As the conversation was with your husband at Morrissey Magic when he dropped the bomb about Murray I definitely saw him in a different light after that conversation with AJ, I only wanted to not bash him on here as a person but your 100% right Anastasia he is not a good guy, he just unfriended all his friends then bashed them like were just followers of his and Facebook Friends. I had to laugh cause I have known the little prick since he toured with Hatfield and that is the only reason he is where he is in this industry!

      @@richieanderson1968 I remember that day. That's the only time I got to bring honey back to Canada to see where I grew up. It wasn't at Morrissy's though, we did the meet and greet at Browsers. Another interesting fact about Murray, he sends pictures of himself with his dick hanging out to women, or at least he used to. There was a running joke among Vegas entertainers to Photoshop his dick. The best one was when someone put his own face on his dick... cuz that made the most sense.

      @@joea4133 oh Joey- fool. I bet you vote for Trump too cuz you think he's a nice guy ...lol. Let me tell you something...if you have a couple of interactions with someone and they're nice to you? So you think you know them? How simple are you?That's their public face. Hell, he's even nice to me.
      This hack stole from my husband numerous times as well as other magicians and has been called out for it a LOT. Nobody likes him except people who don't know who what he's about... Like you.

      I once saw Copperfield, the beginning of the show was 20min of every TV Spot and pop culture ref that mentioned him. Simspons, Conan... It was oddly narcissistic and such a boring way to open a show. Guys got to relax and have a sense of humor about himself

    Copperfield did it better. Murray steals from the late, great The Amazing Jonathan, too.

    magic, unlike comedy is not an art that belongs to the performer. jokes are personal, magic tricks/illusions are variables than can be done by anyone but it is all about the performer to make it special.

    • @AnastasiaSynn
      @AnastasiaSynn Před 4 měsíci +2

      If you truly believe this then you do not understand the art and should really shut your mouth on it.

      i have a hard time believing that magic tricks can be copyrighted by the performer. lf this is the case, i apologize for any misinformation. has there been any magician who created any illusion or trick that successfully stopped some other magician from performing it? i am sure the origami box, i believe invented by Doug Henning is used by many other illusionists. However, copyright law does not protect ideas, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, concepts, principles, or discoveries. As a result, magic tricks, which are essentially methods of achieving a particular outcome, are not protected by copyright law @@AnastasiaSynn

    Unless you have a patent on the trick you cannot steal a magic trick.

    • @AnastasiaSynn
      @AnastasiaSynn Před 4 měsíci

      Not true. Teller won a case... Performance can be protected as pantomime.

    • @AnastasiaSynn
      @AnastasiaSynn Před 4 měsíci

      Not true. Magic creators sell magic tricks with television rights or not. When you buy a trick from a creator on the mass market, you're buying the right to perform it. Not to give the secret away. If another magician creates something and performs it and you copy it and steal it. You are doing just that. Magic performance is protected under pantomime. Just look at the case that Teller won.
