Watermelon Soju Shaved Ice

Enjoying the last bit of summer with some watermelon soju shaved ice. Hope you all have a great day!
🍉 Watermelon Soju Shaved Ice
Watermelon 250g, sprite 50ml, soju 40ml, syrup 2Tbsp
Milk 200ml, condensed milk 2Tbsp
Vanilla ice cream, condensed milk, mint
1. Scoop out little watermelon balls
2. Carve out the remaining watermelon and blend
3. Strain and add sprite, soju, and syrup
4. Mix milk and condense milk
5. Freeze watermelon and milk mixture for 4-5 hours
6. Place watermelon and milk mixture in watermelon bowl
7. Top with watermelon balls, ice cream, condense milk, and mint
🍉Watermelon Ade: watermelon balls, sprite 330ml, watermelon ice cream bar
1. Scoop out little watermelon balls and place them inside a cup
2. Add sprite and watermelon bar
