Thanks for the showing of "Whats in the box". I built the 1951 Bel-air some time ago, and know of a hobby store an hour away that carried the Fleetline kit. I will now go back and get this model to add to my collection. My first car out of high school in 1963, was the 1951 Chevy Styleline Special 2 door. Pretty basic car at the time, I liked the clock position on top of the center dash, looked just like it was a tachometer. A good friend at the time, had a 1949 Dodge Medowbrook, and we would drag race each other. Mine was the 3 speed manual and his was the 3 speed Fluid drive. I could beat him in first gear off the line, but in second gear, he would go by me every time, I never could beat that flat head six. I miss those days.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I had a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass S as my first-ish car.
I still have it, but it's in sad shape.

I wish these were still being made. While I know they are readily available for the most part, it would be nice to walk into a hobby store and be able to purchase one.

Round 2 released all 3 of them a few years ago. the coupe, Fastback and convertible. I'm sure they are still out there on hobby shop shelves. You just need to look for them.
