In between, I had a few bottles of Antaeus, bought last year a new one...Personally, they could have made a better reformulation, I miss the stronger beeswax note... My college roommate wore Beautiful and it smelled great on her but I tried and it just didn't work with my chemistry sadly. I've worn Amirage for nearly 30 years now and it just works with my oils and body etc ... I always get compliments. I know what you mean about the changes though because for Amirage all I can find now is eau de toilette and have been trying to find the vintage scent for years which is so much better than the "watered" down scent.

    Very interesting!
But I wonder why you didn"t mention two of the 80's masterpieces; Must De Cartier and Dunhill Edition, for both, I mean the vintage ones.
They deserve mentioning because they were made to live, but unfortunately we cant find them now anymore!!

That's true, completely forgot about it, maybe it's because I didn't discover that fragrance until the late 2000's... Incredible scent nevertheless! 👌
