It is situated 20km away from sub-district headquarter Batala and 54km away from district headquarter Gurdaspur. As per 2009 stats, Madhra is the gram panchayat of Madra village.
The total geographical area of village is 260 hectares. Madra has a total population of 946 peoples. There are about 170 houses in Madra village. Qadian is nearest town to Madra

The Pakistani people aren't different from the Indians because once upon a time they all lived together and the people of Pakistan were all Hindus who converted to Islam same as the Sikhs were previously Hindus including baba guru nanak jee so our culture. Food. Language is same apart from the relegion.. The mughal rulers were from Uzbekistan Russia they were political and power greedy they did not follow Islam properly

I had visited Pakistan in November 2019 on 550 th Guru Nanak Gupurab and our Canadian jatha covered 2000 kms in 10 days and the love and affection showered by people was indescribable in words.
