I love this rig. Rips around like the real scale Ultra4 trucks. I added a RC4WD winch motor to the scale motor to rotate the serpentine belt. My go to truck!
Looks a bit like the FTX Mauler Rock crawler... This RC4WDn model is very well detailed. Looks like we are in the "golden era" of RC. Long may it continue.
I was interested in one of these. Joined the FB group for them and was soon put off. Loads of complaints about the quality. They look amazing tho. 😊
Yeah, it's more a looker than a performer. I like the challenge though to tune it and make it perform. We'll see.
Still tempted to buy one. So much cool stuff out there

what a fantastic truck. A little too big for my liking and I have no use of it basically but having 700something € to burn I'd definitely get one
I like it but I used to have the Losi Lasernut and it was wonderful.
However does anyone here have the Vaterra Twin Hammers? Can someone showcase or review one in 2024 because I saw one in the marketplace and thinking of getting one.

I got mine on the first batch and still haven't tried it. None of my batteries fit. Great review.
Haha, Looks like this is built and assembled exactly the same as the first batch. Yeah, I'm lucky I had a crawler 2200 3s battery
@@RCReviewChannel ya. Mine had a few items rolling around in the box. I ordered a 3s soft pack with the right dimensions. I was thinking about filing the opening of the battery box but didn't want to ruin it before it's first run.
Don't forget to put oil in the shocks
No doubt. There was more oil outside the shocks than inside.
Is this same company that makes all the crazy rc parts like cromoly diffs & sintered helical stuff lol

Viel Technik am Fahrwerk aber in der Realität sehr entäuschend. Die Dämpferwirkung ist ein Witz. Genauso die Motorleistung! 🤦♂️ Für einen Rock Racer viel zu langsam. Mein modifizierter Axial Yeti ist ein echter Rock Racer und Crawler dagegen , mit HW 550 Foc R2 und einiges mehr. Lobenswert nur der detaillierte Innenraum. Schade RC4WD.
