Interesting info about the black helping more with the UV protection. Not just for backyard roller coasters, but any plastics out in the yard. I wonder if doing a black basecoat and then top coating with a color like white would give you benefits of both? The white to reflect the rays that tend to make the plastic hot, and the black underneath to reduce the UV issues? I've got no idea if the paints would work like this or not..
