Thanks for reviewing the base trim. Not enough reviewers do this.
+Lei Hu You're welcome! We are glad you enjoyed the video.
One of the best thorough reviews I've seen. Thank you.
Thanks for the excellent video. I'm in the market for a used v6 and could not find info about trim levels online for some reason. You did a great job describing the differences.
Great review guys!! Looking forward to more Acura reviews
+John Davis Thanks! Us too!
I love all ur car reviews ur very detail an explain everything
Well the nice thing about Acura's is even the base trims come with a ton of options
I was deciding between this and the 2016 accord as a used car. Very close in price. Ultimately decided on the accord exl because it actually has more standard features than the base trim tlx. It has remote start, android auto and apple carplay and all the safety sensors you only get with the tech package with the acura. Also rhe other deciding factor for me is the accord gets better gas milage, has a larger trunk and back seat. It also uses regular gas. While the tlx recommends premium which i dont want to pay that much at the pump for gas. Depsite the extra power also, the accord is actually quicker in the 2.4 litre model. Because its lighter.
Once they're used as in 5 years old though usually you get more for your money by going with an Acura. Used Honda dealers selling loaded Accord EXL's try to really jack up the price on them by using that as a selling point. Whereas Acura's are pretty much all loaded from the get go, no matter what.
Thank you 🙏❤
Good job I like how you start with the base model and explained what the more expensive ones will have. Most only review he top of the line.
Great job on this review! I have a question when you change the screens background color does the ambient light change also? color
From what we have found, it does not appear that the ambient light can change color (or at least Acura doesn't say it can).
@@CarConfections where's your review of the TLX SH AWD??
I buy that car and i love it
How did you change your display screens on the car to red? mine are blue.
I believe we demo how to do that in our AcuraLink Tech Help video. You can check it out here: czcams.com/video/10TGJ_f2Az8/video.html
Is this model capable of Android Auto, or Apple CarPlay? I know its standard on all the 2016+ Honda's. At least EX-L and Touring.
+Tommy Armour No. The only Acura to support them is the 2017 NSX. Thanks for watching!
I like it but looking at it from a 2016 perspective... I think it should have been a little fancier or sportier to justify the higher price tag. The new TLX has the A-Spec trim the 2021 TLX is supposed to have a lot of horsepower so the newer TLX's probably do more to justify the price tag.
This would be a great used vehicle. I'm finding tech packages for 17k
@@doomgrave1 Ya if you can find a good deal on a used one i'd go for it. I have an Acura TSX it's starting to get older I still like it though and looks wise it's still great to me, only thing I don't like is it doesn't have the tech package...my next Acura will.
Does it feel cranky in there?
Sadly, that video is private :(
Does this car have heads up display and heated steering wheel?
ShoppingBunny i have this same car 2016 it doesn’t have heads up display or heated steering wheel
You can buy cigarette lighter heads up display like I did for like 20-30 bucks
Good review man but lay off the zoom outs, one or two are fine.. :)
"it is very rare for a vehicle in this class to have moonroof" but like.. 2001 honda accord? 2007 hyundai tucson? 😂😂 It better have a damn moonroof lol its an acura
