Looks like a cool enabler for folks who want to fly but are unable for whatever reason to manipulate a standard controller.

Hard mode activated: If you want to do a power loop you have to do an actual backflip.

I've been working on a freestyle based pan/tilt gimbal inspection drone for a little while now. It's crazy this just came out, I've been thinking about mixing the trainer channels into the regular control channels at like a 10-20% weight... that way when you reeeeeaaally get into a turn, flip, gap... you REALLY DO get more into it. All part of the freestyle offshoot of the inspection drone prototype. It's going to be insane. Best kind of content right here guys. Good stuff.

Very nice indeed. And probably since you are moving your head to control the drone you may not feel nauseated. But how power loop on 7:22 was possible if you were in angle mode?
Why didn't you make the yaw to be controlled with the gyro yaw? This way the drone will look the same place as your head. Like in the avata... I made a head tracker module that does exactly that. You are more than welcome to try it out. It uses the nRF52840 sense.

Isn't this similar to the DJI Mostion Controller? It's just mounted to your head.

What has happened to rotor riot seems like when Drew took over it just keeps getting worst go back and look at videos with Steel, Charpu and the others that was rotor riot its just not as good anymore I'm hoping a change will come and bring Rotor Riot Back and dont get me wrong this is okay but just not the same its a shame.
