Just gave a test to your rates and I cant believe I was flying indoors with such high rates for so long!! My stress level on jobs will certainly go down!
What rates do you charge?
@@ketratech8165 24 min in the video
Great video. Thanks for this. And without the screaming of the engines and the massive wind, along with the music, it looks like a gentle breeze is blowing the camera through the house on a fluffy cloud. Love it! Oh and the LED is sick, man! XD
thats exactly the vibe I go for with these walkthroughs 🙌
Where can I get these rates to try them? They sound sweeeet
I spend half of my life now watching your videos I have to say your you are costing me vast of amounts of money I have just ordered parts for fpv drones and will be following your builds MANY THANKS KEEPS ME BUSY HAHAHA
Ohhh man, thanks for video and time spent. I really didn't understand "air-mode" till now. All of my 65 and 75 size quads get the throttle scaled to 70-80% and throttle expo at 0.50-0.60 range (I like center stick activity for throttle). PID tune is unchanged.
My Flex25 works great with my throttle tweaks mentioned above, with PID tune stock. BUT moving slow indoors!!! No way! She is a heavy girl and sensitive sticks led to ceiling "stickage" and "droppage" to the floor, 😂! Thank goodness it happened twice on the first pack and nothing broke. I got better when I dropped the 🎥 angle. Next will be the five bladed props, lower camera angle, airmode off, and your rates.
@troncat, I like many have recreated this build in hopes to fly it as you do. Earlier today when I finished it, I forgot to reverse the motors but after I did, I was excited to see it fly. My 2nd complete build and I owe you. I used everything similar except the AIO. I went with a JHEMCU F405 40a AIO. Besides that, everything else is the same.
Using the UAV Tech preset, my motors seem to be VERY hot but that could also be because I’m using CNHL 1300mah 6s batteries and I’m learning that those big boys are hunkers compared to similar 6s batteries. I’ll turn down the tune and see how that works out.
Thanks again for the comprehensive build tutorial!
Awesome! I have the JHEMCU F405 on one of my other cinewhoops and it works great.
Yea that 1300mah may be a little much for it. I'm actually going to have a battery testing video coming out soon where I test a couple different 6s LiPo's. Mainly 550mah - 850mah.
GNB has some awesome sized 6S LiPos that work great with this build.
Yea I recently got a 1500 cnhl 6s and when I put it on with my gopro 8 it turned my nazgul5 into a flying brick 😂
Love this build. Really comprehensive and awesome tips for indoor flying
🤙🤙
Hay ser whats cost of this build
So graceful. Stunning results.
This is it! The video I've been waiting! Great build, great information! You're awesome. Gonna try it very soon on my drone. Thanks a lot.
Awesome content! This is exactly what I was hoping for and why I signed up for your Patreon.
I think an important omission in this video is the Motor poles setting. It is left as default 14, but I counted only 12 Magnets on the motor bell. After changing this setting now I can get almost 10 minutes flight time instead of 8 on a 1100 mAh battery.
Remarkable video man... Appreciate your time and effort in doing all this stuff. Thanks
Thank ya 🙌 Glad you liked the video!
Love these video! Keep up the good work.
So glad I found this video. Thank you for taking the time to soundly explain everything from start to finish. As someone who is learning, you’ve encouraged me to try this build. I currently fly a cinbot 30. Should the settings you’ve explained help my quad fly better indoors?
Great job man! Thanks for sharing 💯👍👍
I have already built your 150$ freestyle and I love it! This cinewhoop is going to be next!
I just tried the Gemfan 5 blades on my Cinebot30 and they are FANTASTIC! So much smoother and easier to control and they sound so much better too compared to the HQProp 3 blades. Great tip, thanks!
which exact article are the blades for the cinebot 30?
Do you use cinebot 30 for real estate/indoors? Im not sure if i get cinelog 25 v2 or cinebot 30 for this type of works.
@@lopesdev No I don't have the drone anymore. I have a Pavo25 and DarwinFPV Cineapes now. Especially the Cineapes I like very much.
At 7:26 A few definitions: Nuts have internal threads. If no threads, then the are spacers. External threads are either screws or bolts. Screws have recessed Philips heads, hex heads or some other flavor Bolts have external threads and use a wrench of some type and are gripped on the outside. Love your videos and I have learned a lot from your library. Thanks!
Awesome video, i learned a lot,many thanks!!!
That colour output is grand
Love the video, very comprehensive, Kudos! I have almost everything, motors on the way, just need to buy the battery, Cheers!
Great build video but I was wondering what width of flight controller can fit into the bottom frame? I have been looking at the SpeedyBee F745 35A AIO which is 36.6 X 36.5 and was wondering if it wouldn't fit.
Great video
Totally inspiring
Thanks man
Great video man! I’m gonna try these rates out and see how it goes. Another frame you may like is the droneco snapshot. I’ve been running it lately and it’s fantastic.
Thanks for the recommendation, i'll check it out! Glad the video helped 🙌
I actually want to follow these steps to build this quad (my first build) and get into real-estate fly-throughs in my country.
Given this video is a year old. I want to ask you for some updated pointers:
1 - Can I use "Dji 03 Air Unit" instead of the "RunCam Link Falcon Nano Kit" or "Caddx Polar Nano Vista"?
2 - The motors you used are no longer available. which motors would you use today?
3 - The only iFlight FC I could find on their site is "BLITZ Whoop F7 AIO". will it do?
4 - Would you upgrade the battery, or is it still the best option even today for this build?
Thank you so much for your amazing videos!!
You're a big inspiration!!
Thank you for this great video
Maybe I missed something but Could you tell me what is the degree of amplitude of your camera when you fly ?
Super helpful; thank you! Gave me some ideas for my current cinewhoop.
Glad I could help!
@troncat fpv Thank you for this video , I have built my own Pavo25 with the same components on your list except the AIO FC I used the Geprc 722 AIO . Had a little issues here and there with the AIO sensor position but finally resolved it . Looking to mod it to take the DJI 03 air unit but have to create a new 3d printed part to hold the camera and move it forward .
I’m so glad I found your video I got my cinelog 20 going
Thanks for the video. I learned a lot. I have a Pavo25 and keep bobbing and blipping it into to the ceiling! Air mode off, lower rates I think. Maybe an indoor/outdoor switch.
yea deff try out that BF setup and it should help ya 👍
I just did a build video on the QAV 2.5. Might have to give this one a shot. Nice clean build man.
QAV micro frame is very solid 🤙
Thanks for the build guide! I built the same drone and my rear motors are running hot.. Like too hot to touch after 1min of flight time. Only the rear motors. is this an issue I need to solve, or is this pretty common on cinewoops?
Thank's so much! Are you using the GOPRO in ULTRAWIDE mode for interiors?
@troncat
Hi man, I found your work online and its amazing.
Thank you for sharing this video.
I do have an issue with the parts, most of the parts are not available or not in the production.
Is there any substitute for theese parts!
this is great - Im looking for something like this but for filming outdoor big ramp riders in a skatepark, would a build like this be suitable ?
Hi, the parts are difficult to get for this. If I were to use the new Speedybee F7 AIO and look for some other motors with a similar size and KV do you think I’d be able to achieve similar results?
I don’t tune quads as no experience with that. I just want it for slow flying indoors like yours.
What I want is an indoor drone, ideally with O3 as that’s what I always fly but be able to hold a GoPro Mini 11 and ideally around 8-10 mins flight time.
Would you still recommend this build and with the tweaks I mentioned above what do you recommend think would work or not work?
amazing vid.......looks great
Great vid. I also wanted to ask, what would be better out of the iFlight Beast STD F7 45A AIO (MPU6000) vs the iFlight Beast H7 V2 55A AIO Flight Controller?
Do you mind sharing your GoPro settings?? Thank you so much
@Troncat - what are your thoughts on the pavo 25 v2 vs. the original used in this build. they say the new ducts give more thrust, so I'm not sure if that's an advantage or disadvantage for real estate.
I feel the short elrs/xf antenna makes twice lower signal! didn't you? what TX settings for ELRS you have on your remote?
Does the receiver you used for this come with the wires I don’t see it in the pictures on beta fpv website
Awesome video was thinking of buying an Ágata but now I want to build my own. How do you mount the go pro on it?
thanks mate, what about thorttle expo, throttle limit and throttle mid? Many people swear by it I just dont have any clue where to start with the throttle tuning
Done with the build. Yes the flight is very smooth, but it makes a LOT of noise, just like the Cinebot30. It is very hard to get the batteries balanced. One set of motors seem to be always quite a bit hotter than the others.
I built similar setup just inspired by this video. It's a clever idea the use of a 6s battery with this setup. I think he is using the tiny 1303.5 motors with 2500kw just because of a weight question. They are just 6,5gr. The logic alternative to this setup would have been using a motor with around 1600-1800kv. No more of that as far as you have to multiply by 6 the kw because of the 6s battery. Problem is that those other lower kw motors are around 16,3gr each one. That is more than 40gr of extra weight to your 2.5" drone!!!. A lot!!. So I think he used the tiny 1303.5 to reduce the weight and increase around 2 and a half minutes flight time. Only problem here is overheat problem into those tiny motors... All have a price!!. Move to those little tiny motors was clever and out of the book. Kindly, other users of this setup could tell us about the overheat problem. At last I had to move to a BetaFPV low kw and 15gr motors. Maybe someone have found a solution for the heat problem!!. I would love to hear!
Awesome video very easy to follow, I carried out simple repairs on my cinelog25, pretty good at soldering I'm sure I could build this, but I fly DJI so would need the SBUS, is the BF file the same if I go that way>
Wow amazing, i want one, thank you for the content i will come here when my drone arrive it
newbie question here on the battery: would it handle a long range battery too (low discharge, 2,5-3000mAh?)
What FC/ESC would you recommend when the iFlight options are all out of stock. Looking at the Foxeer Reaper AIO V2 F745
I just completed this build, everything went smoothly except the esc flash, I flashed g-h-30 the quad would wobble and yaw right when flying. Betaflight was convinced I had an IFLIGHT_F745_AIO_V2 when I have the iflight beast 55a. Took me 2 days to end up looking back in the esc config to find out my drone was running G-H-50 at 24k esc pwm??? Not what I remember flashing. Force flashed G-H-30 and 48k pwm. Solved all my problems!!!
Glad you got it figured out!
Man, I'm having the same issue.
Can you help me?
@@carlosbetancurt1920 check what ur board wants, mine wanted g-H-50 and I flashed it with that. It would yaw right and wobble. I went back to esc config and it said version G-H-30 was flashed. I just corrected it and am having amazing success, smooth flights.
@@HaydenSummersI did it thank you man but with the 6s battery and the gopro naked from geprc my front motors get too hot. But the fly is much better.
Thanks for the video! Really informative & definitely made me decide to build me next cinewoop. Had a question.. since you’re flying acro, I’d imagine your horizon isn’t almost level when you input roll to make turns; are you using horizon lock in post stabilization to overcome that issue?
How are you handling the throttle? I find it very touch-ie in the middel and still a bit powerful. Already fiddled with settings. Got Throttle limit scale 80% and throttle expo 0,50.
I only have got a TBS Tango 2 radio, so I wanted to ask if I could also use any Crossfire receiver instead of your ERLS or would Crossfire not be compatible with the flight controller? If yes, how do I know which receiver have got good penetration and which ones not?
Can this carry a full gopro? I'm very new to this and love to get into FPV and I'd like to build a cinawhoop. Can I buldnone using the esc etc on a different 2.5 body?
Would this tune work equally well on any other build or is it best on a cinewhoop style drone only? Big thanks from a fellow New Englander for the content and advice!
Do you have a dampened mount version that will hold the 03 Air unit camera?
You don't use any expo on throttle? What black magic do you use to keep it so flat? :o Maybe the weight helps you? I use a Cinelog20 with the same tune and have trouble keeping it level.
Forgot to ask about FPV Goggle's, anything but DJI proprietary stuff would be nice, which ones do you use that works with this drone?
Do you recommend any other flight controllers? The one's in the description are out of stock
Great video! Curious if you use the built in stabilisation in the GoPro and what camera settings you use in general. Looks like you are powering the GoPro directly from the drone and not from the balancing connector, how do you do this?
I just saw your other video regarding powering of the GoPro. Great stuff! When taking power directly from the quad, have you been using the full LiPo voltage or 5V? Just wondering if powering the GoPro (Hero 8 naked in my case) with 6S could cause problems? Thanks again!
Hey man I have the new betaflight and can’t find that tune .. is there a way I can just copy what’s in your screen or where do you recommend I get the files I need from maybe Betaflight Discord?
i cannot find those motors anywhere in stock! is there some similar motors you can recommend? i already ordered everything but motors lol
On the flight video is that from the GoPro or the drone falcon camera?
Hi there. I saw you used HGLRC Aeolus 2500kv 1303.5 into the Pavo25 and BETAFPV 2004 1700KV motors into de Pavo30. Both of them good for 6s batteries. So, as far as you have tested both of them into a cinewhoop, which one do you prefer more?. Would you change the ones into Pavo25 to the Betafpv?. I am building a Pavo25 with the F722 35A AIO Brushless Flight Controller instead of the iFlight (Beast) you are using in yours. Rest of component will be the same. The goal are those amazing 10minutes around flight time you got there. Thanks in advance!
Would you recommend this build over the Geprc CineLog 35 V2? What advantages would it have?
your channel is amazing
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your video...
What makes a cinewhoop balance it self out and fly so smoothly and gracefully as compared to a freestyle 5 inch
CRAZY BUILD. 2 inch with full size gopro? get out of here. love your work man!
Thing is a beast (pun intended). I was amped when it lifted that Hero 9.
Stoked to throw a hero 11 mini on this thing and see how it does!
@@TRONCATFPV how did you shoot flying outdoors to indoors? Did you put the ISO to auto?
Hi mate, I've been buying the parts to build this but the HGLRC Aeolus motors arnt in stock anywhere! (I'm in NZ so makes it harder). Any recomendations of similar motors that might work for me? Thanks!
which receiver and maybe other needed parts should I use if I fly crossfire?
Outstanding!
very great video thanks for sharing :) May I ask if there is any chance to get the notes? we are also a percussion group from Austria and we would love to try it ourselves :) or can you name the company where you bought it? Cheers Thomas
Really ignorant n0oB question… if I wanted to build this frame but wanted to use the DJI o3 air unit what would I be substituting out for the DJI gear?
Thanks in advance. Pretty new to diy fpv and would love to learn more it’s just overwhelming with all the jargon. Any suggestions for forums or blogs?
I have become a patron to your channel have ordered parts to build your projects absolutely thrilled and look forward to sending my results when finished the only problem I struggle with is the software you need so would appreciate help with this and how you connect drone to computer building and electronics I am good with computers I am not 😅
Hi, this is my new favourite indoor cinewhoop, thanks to your video. With the grey parts you've used (stock are red), are they TPU printed, PLA or where did you get them from? I find the red a bit garish!
I'm glad you like the drone!
BetaFPV has the TPU parts available on their site. I downloaded them and re-printed in grey filament 👍
support.betafpv.com/hc/en-us/articles/8021143646233-STL-File-for-Pavo25-Series
Great vid. Just wondering if this build can sustain the O3 air unit?
you'll likely need an alternative camera mount for the O3, the rest should fit no problem
Great video and instructions! You mentioned you use an LIHV battery, which gives longer flight time than LIPO, can I have a link to it please. Current link is to LIPO. Also, please state the radio controller you line and a save charger for the batteries. Would be awesome when the NDB batteries make it to market, will be a total game changer.
Is there another motor you’d recommend? The HGLRC 2500kv are all sold out no matter where I look 😢
This is the first drone that I am building. I used the 900mhz ELRS Nano Receiver. I am using the DJI FPV goggles. Can you give me suggestions on budget transmitters that would work with this set up? I am still learning more about the crossfire protocol and choosing a transmitter that will work.
I think I’m doing something wrong with the motor direction- can you give more detail on the motor layout & motor spin
@TRONCATFPV I set this rate in my speedybee 35. I want to fly indoors site with my bee35, but it still have a lot of power. have i to limit the throttle too? any more restriction? Thanks you
I'm curious about the naked hero 8 vs the gopro bones. Is there a point in doing a naked gopro anymore now that we have the bones? Or basically if you've got an old gopro it's cheaper than buying a bones
I definitely think theres still a point in doing it, I have a hero 10 that I only occasionally use on drones. Since I do alot of cinewhoop work I made the hero 10 naked. It's been getting alot more use now!
Do you use iflight blitz whoop aio 55a, cant find any named beast
You do you, boo-boo. My favorite line in this video!
But holy crap, I can build a drone now.
awesome I love it👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very nice brother I have a foxeer 25 and a cinebot30 what's that impact pen you have who's the manufacturer I likes that have to get me one appreciate the awesome content
What transmitter do you use with the ELRS receiver? I watch one of your more recent builds that uses a crossfire receiver. Do you use two different transmitters then since they are two different protocols?
My go to radio is the Ethix Mambo.
To connect to CRSF receivers I have a Crossfire TX in the back of the radio.
To connect to ELRS I just plug in my ELRS TX (been using the BetaFPV super-G)
Thanks for the reply! Do you have specific situations where you would lean more towards one vs the other or why you chose to put elrs on the cinewhoop?
Awesome video! I love this idea...I almost bought a GEPRC Cinelog25 until I saw this.... Repairablility is the key as well! I was curious....with the HGLRC AEOLUS 1303.5 4500KV meant for 4s...you think this should run better with a 4S battery......I am getting all my parts ready to order! Subbed! Also, have you tried ELRS 2.4?
What goggles would I need to get fot this (beginner here) and how does this compare to a stock version?
Your videos are always helpful and to the point. Thank you for that!!!! I have two questions. Why do you prefer a 2.5 over a 3 inch? My next question, do you use Horizon lock on your GoPro?
Why do you use a 55A flight controller? What happens if I put a 45A or 35A flight controller in your configuration? The current consumption of your motors does not exceed 10A. Please explain the purpose of installing a more powerful ESC?
Hey bro about how much would this build cost in aud. I fly a tiny whoop and im looking to start fpv real estate. Love your vids.
What other flights controller can i use
I just finished my drone, but I'm having trouble. When I go through a hallway the drone starts vibrating a lot it's like a turbulence I just checked everything and it looks good.
Hello great video why you did not use the recommended fc of Betafpv and motors of Betafpv like it came in original ?
Thank you, the parts in the betafpv build arent capable of 6s and the AIO is only a 20a ESC. Goal of this build was long flight times, capable of carrying a full GoPro, and capable of 6s.
Well done 👍🏻. Do you ever adjust your throttle limits? And is your camera angle really low? Thanks!
It really depends on the build, for this one I didn't have to but you can to help with throttle blips
I was so sure he uses throttle limit or expo to combat wavy lines, surprised he doesn't!
very nice! Can you tell me do you shot this in 30FPS and slowed it down with optical flow setting in premiere/etc? or is it 60fps slowed down? would be nice to know it exactly....thank you
This is 30fps & real-time, no speed adjustments. Slow and steady 😉
@@TRONCATFPV WOW Amazing...my problem all the time is, when i fly this slow i have a lot of height up and downs in my footage, even if i try to stay as consistant and smooth as possible on my throttle the flying indoors from me is also pretty good actually its just my ups and downs that i really hate....maybe i have to try some throttle resolution tuning or what do you think could maybe help??? i love that you are sharing your knowledge much love from germany
I just bought some parts to start mine couse my cinelog25 bubbling a lot I need something stable. Thank you nice vide.
Did you make the cable that powers the GoPro or is it available somewhere?
That cable came with the naked GoPro case 👍
HI GREAT VIDEO ! ARE DONE VIDEO FOR CINELOG 20 ?
