I have schizophrenia, partial autism, anger issues, bipolar, depression, and not to mention PTSD from the mental and physical abuse from my mom and her boyfriend, teachers, other kids and other adults because im blind in my left eye and i keep it closed. So I know that even though you have these problems you are still beautiful and amazing and so is Mass Of Man

As a retired Marine who has been injured and dealing with not being who I once was physically, I can say I am still all man in every other regard. Physical is just a thing. This song hits right in the heart and soul...had an ex who felt this way because of a number things, including depression and unhappiness, and they had a sustance abuse problem that caused our relationship to end and I did try to help whenever I could but it wasn't enough. They are getting the professional help that they need and I hope that they can build themselves back up and go forward with their life.

For me the best move for ALL my various issues in life, has been to move away from cities and stressful life full of fake ideals and social pressure.
Health, wealth, quality of social life, mental health, all got better the more I disconnected. Out in the countryside you connect with neighbours on a different plane, and you are rarely met with any hostility from anyone.
The best move of my life was to leave my northern home country and move south to a sunnier weather and happier social climate. The cheaper living really takes a lot of stress away too! ¡Arriba!

Amazing Song. I have been there and thought I would always be in that place. But by miracle of miracles, I got out of that struggle. I still have to fight with it occasionally, but I am happy to say I am no longer surrounded by darkness every day. Ill be praying for you brother, i just want to say that i can somewhat relate to how you feel, ive been bullied most of my life and one of my comforts to cope was to eat and hope everything gets better but i got bigger and more bullies showed up i tried to ignore them but their words still cut deep and i went into depression and suicidal tendencies on and off and i even went towards nicotine,weed, alcohol to try and numb the pain but it made it worse, but i wasnt until i turned 19 and moved to Missouri that one day i went into a church and felt the love and mercy and grace from the lord and the lord understood what i was going through and i mean he truly understood on what i was going though better than i knew, and he brought me out of the darkness and brought me into the light and he fixed alot of my problems and he comforted me and hes teaching me to fight the evil and hateful things people say and do with love even if they dont deserve it and ill be honest im still learning to walk fully with jesus and that jesus is still working with me on things and hes still fixing some of the problems i still have, i apologize with the long message and the grammar mistakes but i just wanted to share with you some of what i went through and a little bit of my testimony of my walk with jesus in hopes it'll help you or someone else that reads this, i just want to say that jesus loves you and he's right there with you waiting for you to come to him so he can help you and make you into the best version of yourself that you wouldnt think was possible, if you or anyone have any questions ill answer them with the best of my ability, i love you brother and i hope everything gets better, God Bless and have a good night.

I feel like this everyday and have my entire life. I could vent but in the end it doesn't do a thing. I can try to change and that fails in comparison to the pain and darkness inside that will never end. Just listening to this makes me feel understood..
