If your machine won't drain try blowing hard into the drain hose. Mine came free and saved me from having to take the machine apart to clean it, replace the pump or calling a guy out

That might also do the trick, but if the drain hose is really dirty the Tub Clean program really helps as well. For draining you may also think about doing a hot wash (95 degrees C) to clean the drain path.

The video is helpful but the problem persists. I ran the tub clean program and at the end of the cycle it brought back the error and the water is standing on the drum. What do you suggest. LG support ? We really need to get it going.
I have already opened it up, I checked the draining grey hose, checked the black wide receiver hose and both were clear and cleaned. I put it back together and ran the cycle again. Same results with the error and water standing inside the drum.
Thank you for the prompt response.

Dear Sergio, thank you for commenting on this and describing your problem. If Tub Clean does not solve your issue I suggest you contact you local LG helpdesk, as you may need a technician coming over. There could be several possible causes for an OR error and you may also want to check our support portal at service.academy.lge.com/#/Troubleshooting, select washing machine > OE error.
      Hope this helps.

    Hi,
Can we use soda in tub clean function after OE error?

    • @LGSAE
      @LGSAE  Před 2 lety +1

Yes you can, but not too much (check the video) and do not add clothes. Note that there are other to check steps to resolve an OE error: service.academy.lge.com/#/troubleshooting > Washing Machine > OE.
      Good luck!

Play/pause button is blinking while TCL error shows up at startup - after that, I can't switch the TCL program (for my model, it is a touch screen button on the front panel, with a *)

This is an advice, but you should be able to use the dial knob to select a different program. Otherwise run the Tub Clean program with an empty drum, it is recommended for a purpose (after 30 normal cycles). If that does not work, please contact your local LG support to get advice on your specific model.

@@LGSAE I have found that my issue only happens after big rain, when the air is very humid. I think it is messing up with the electronic. I have sent the front panel to check

Mine is just stuck on that TCL. No amount of pressing play starts the tub clean cycle

Unplug the power cord, then wait 60 seconds and plug it back in, this should wipe the memory and you can try again.

Question. I have the same issue. I buy a washing machine LG. I ran the cotton washing recommended by the manual at the first time. After finish, the console showme the error TCL. Why?

@@junama10 the Problem with mine was that some kind of liquid ran down behind the panel and severed the touch connection from the internal button, making it to be always on. Tech had to change entire front internal panel.

@@LGSAE That does not work for me - even pressing the play/pause button for 5 seconds when off to reset the programs - the play/pause button is blinking and i can't start any programs.
