Eat a lot of spinach, broccoli, fenugreek is great. Garlic, cayenne pepper, turmeric with black pepper. Also do kegals. Spend time in a low horse stance with butt almost to the floor. Yoga and qigong also help. Tribulus is great for hormone balancing as well as pomegranate. Make sure to include zinc and nitric acid like from dark chocolate

Getting off sugar, carbs and seed oils and eating as much ruminate meat as possible is a great help. If it has an ingredient label or box then don’t eat it. Meat and some veggies, absolutely no sugar or gluten. Testosterone comes back like crazy.

Is there a brand of testosterone that you're taking? I just recently went back to the gym after being away 20 years and had gained maybe 50 lbs. I kick myself because I had always been in great shape. Anyway I have lost 20 lbs in about 12 weeks with calorie restriction (only 2000 calories per day) and cut out maybe 1/2 my carb intake and going to the gym 5 days a week. Would love to increase my energy and mental sharpness and if it improves my libido then that's a bonus. BTW early 50's and in good health other then maybe 30 lbs over weight.

Not really. More like an ad which misleads men.
I've seen both sides of the coin. Degree in PharmD, im relectant to start any meds before trying nonpharmocological interventions and changes in diet and exercise. That being said, the choice to reestalish a healthy testosterone level outweighed any side effects for me. Two things, though, to consider. 1) Go slow in the beginning and over time vs. trying to get to steady state level fast. You can be up at night from the sudden boost in energy just doing pushups, but what's concerning is effects on the cardiovascular system and temper. 2) monitor lipids and cholesterol and have good dieting. Having good heart outweighs everything imo. No need to mess that up.
Special note: if you are on any type of pain medication for a month or more, you probably have that risk of low low T. It interferes with the natural production of it.

I am a 67 year old power lifter and fitness trainer and I have been working out since I was 15 years old and I still work out 4 times a week in the gym. I don't eat sugar and trans fat, I eat sugar from fruits, stevia dates and dark chocolate with stevia and natural honey in moderation. I don't eat process, food; I only eat fresh food, fatty fish and chicken, eggs and nuts, vegetables, sweet potatoes and more. My diet is building collagen and that's important to me. I don't have high blood pressure or high cholesterol, or diabetes, and healthy heart and kidneys and liver. I am very strong and I have a healthy prostate and I don't have erection problems. For my age my erection remains the same as 40 years ago. Smoking sugar and trans fat which is also a problem it ruins the blood flow and is also dangerous for heart problems and stroke. Exercise and good nutrition is important for a healthy erection.

I’m practicing SR and then I watch this. I will practice SR in some form or another the rest of my life. The better mood, less anxiety and better strength have been amazing. It’s almost like all that pent up anxiety started to leave at about two weeks. A month is my longest retention. I plan on going for two months this time.

in my early 80s, from Australia. don’t have that much energy lately, always low muscle mass, underweight 52kg but stable, prostatectomy 2013, use p pump mybe twice a month (but not that reliable due vacuum leaks). being treated for lymphoma last 12m, testosterone a bit low (reading does vary), no nocturnal erections (some soft ones if i take daily cialis). i could be wrong but seems my symptoms all match those of low testosterone (the low energy & poor muscle mass you mentioned ).
with my long term neuropathic pain (PHN) requiring constant attention, arthritis in lower back flaring up from smallest squatting/physical task, i’m finding life a bit futile & unrewarding. while i’m trying to maintain snippets of daily walking, cycling & gym activity, i’m finding my lying down/screen time has replaced my once active life. aerobic exercise now less pleasant, my lungs don’t oxygenate as well as before (imaging shows chemotherapy-caused lung tissue fibrosis). doctors/urologists seem out of their depth if i mention ED. (prob embarrassed or reckon age-related)

I had a massive stroke at 46 in my lower right cerebellum cortex and was paralyzed on the left side of my body. I had various mental cognitive issues and had to have therapy, (physical, occupational, speech, mental behavior) Early on in my recovery I had a profound nightmare one night?? I applied the message from the dream to my life and went plant based. About a month after switching out my nutrition, I could tell that I was different but I didn't know how? Then my body started to respond in a big way! My motor skills were connecting and I was able to have consistent thoughts in a constructive manner. Then I was amazed by my progress and so was everyone else! Happy to say that I am 54 now and when people see me or meet me, they tell me that I look good and ask what I do to stay fit? They don't even suspect that I was fighting for my very being from severe brain trauma! The best part is my libido is like when I was 16! The damage was so bad when I had my trauma, I didn't think I would have physical sex without some kind of medical intervention. I know sometimes my wife has to tell me that she needs a break because I am like my 16 year old self again!

I don’t like the idea of testosterone replacement but I do like the idea of making my body produce more of it. Is there a proven, long term way to do this? I know there are many herbal supplements that help but not sure you can be on them for many years. Obviously resistance training and diet help but something pretty powerful would be nice.
Raw onion and honey both increase a chemical made in the brain called luteinizing. Luteinizing sends the signal to the balls and tells it to make testosterone.. also eat foods high in cholesterol like eggs. Despite all the bs you've heard about cholesterol, it is what the body uses to make testosterone.. eggs will not raise your cholesterol to dangerous levels. I prefer pasture raised eggs, which are healthier and more nutrient dense.
Naturally boosting testosterone is possible through various methods: a balanced diet, regular exercise (like weight training and HIIT), stress management, weight management, and healthy lifestyle choices like quitting smoking and limiting alcohol. However, individual results vary and consulting a healthcare professional before implementing these methods or starting supplements is crucial.

Doctor told me that milestones come in twos. Two days, two weeks, two months.

Side effect: on AVG a 20% increase in both length and girth.

It has become an almost pathological obsession on the part of both genders to equate our self worth with continued, unchanging sexual performance. Any form of enhancement can be dangerous to our health.
My best advice is to learn how to be okay with yourself at any point in your life. Once you have your life together, trust me, you can be happy. The physical aspect of life becomes less important.
If the quality of sex is a high priority in a relationship, there's some very important fundamentals missing. Life is short at best, don't get near the end asking yourself "why have I wasted so much time being concerned with this bullshit" Welcome to reality.
What if you have a younger wife that is still sexually active, do you abdicate or delegate your sexual responsibilities?

@@nickb839 Not true at all. What is your evidence that effects of pumps are permanent ? In fact existing research says it is not. Lot of anonymous people make lot of claims there. And it is very different from body building. And even in body building, effects are generally temporary and goes away if the person stops gymming.
