@@mpirokajosephmgcokoca2355 yes I do! Like I said, I go hard! I do 100 squats and sprints on the same day, rest the next day and run 1 mile and do 100 squats. I repeat this with one day rest in between. I also do lunge variations and other workouts. I was stating if someone is having E.D. problems, sprints, squats and a mile run will work if you’re already an athletic person.

Studies have shown that men with PTSD are more likely to experience ED than men without PTSD. In fact, one study found that up to 85% of men with combat-related PTSD reported symptoms of ED.
It is important to note that not all men with PTSD will experience ED. However, if you are a man with PTSD and you are experiencing ED, it is important to talk to your doctor.

Erectile body tissue is NOT a muscle. Could you please elaborate why you call it that?
The penis itself doesn't contain any muscle tissue. However, it does have two important groups of muscles that control its function: Ischiocavernosus and Bulbospongiosus. Therefore, while the penis itself lacks muscles, surrounding muscles play crucial roles in its functions like achieving and maintaining erections, ejaculation, and urination.

For me it means I pumped a bit too long but it normailizes quickly.

Given that there are intermittent erections while sleeping, it seems to me that one should be able to pump several times during the day. Perhaps 10 minutes with several hours in between. Am I correct?
The intermittent erections that occur during sleep, commonly known as morning wood, are a natural physiological response that happens during the REM sleep cycle. These erections are not under conscious control and are not related to pumping or any intentional stimulation. Pumping or attempting to artificially induce erections throughout the day is not a recommended or effective method for maintaining erectile function. It is important to focus on overall lifestyle factors such as getting enough sleep, managing stress, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption to support healthy erectile function.

so many times in the past, i have read that the penis is not a muscle, probably even in medicale books ?
The penis is not a muscle. It is made up of spongy tissue and blood vessels that become engorged with blood during an erection. This is a common misconception, and it is important to note that the muscles involved in sexual function are actually located in the pelvic floor, specifically between the scrotum and the anus. These muscles play a role in achieving and maintaining an erection, as well as in orgasm and ejaculation.

Some exercises that can help treat premature ejaculation include:
1. Kegel exercises: These exercises involve contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. To do Kegels, you can start by stopping the flow of urine midstream and then releasing it. Repeat this contraction and relaxation several times a day.
2. Start-stop technique: During masturbation or sexual activity, practice stopping stimulation when you feel close to ejaculation. Take a break until the sensation subsides, and then resume. This technique helps you learn to control your arousal and delay ejaculation.
3. Squeeze technique: Similar to the start-stop technique, this exercise involves squeezing the base of the penis or the area between the penis and scrotum when you feel close to ejaculation. The pressure can help reduce arousal and delay ejaculation.
4. Pelvic floor muscle training: In addition to Kegel exercises, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles through various exercises can help improve ejaculatory control. These exercises may include squats, lunges, and bridges.
5. Masturbation training: Practice masturbating with a slower and more controlled pace, focusing on building arousal gradually and delaying ejaculation. This can help retrain your body to last longer during sexual activity.
