    I conducted an experiment on 48 hrs straight performing Kegels. Results...I can now go to the Artic with my built in sleeping bag. Very warm indeed. Can also put out forest fires and volcanoes

    I did this exercise 2 times for 2 minutes and my 2 pinkie toes are now 2 inches longer than my 2 big toes. It makes buying shoes 2 times more challenging but it was completely worth it 2.

    I have a torn rotator cup on my left shoulder. I have torn ligaments on both shoulders with bone on bone which is very painful and a lower back disc issue along with my sciatica which acts up from to time to time if under stress. I'll just add my 2 bad knees and a recently twisted left ankle, thx to the home owner who didn't repair his sidewalk. I see myself in the hospital for an easy 2 weeks after these kegals. Thx alot.👍

      @@bittysbro8590 Definitely 😆 agree, leaglelistic mombo- jumbo you pay a mortgage for your property not the side walk, but if a trees roots break or distort the the sidewalk in front of your house. It's your problem. In my case it was my fault. I picked up some carry out during the the later evening hrs and accidentaly stepped off the crooked sidewalk.

      @@reychristianacosta7298 I was a large format digital printer technician. I loaded a 10 ' Vutek printer on a daily basis. My shoulder injuries were sustained throughout yrs of loading 80 lb x 55 inch rolls of substrate/media. I did this for at least 7-10 yrs. It takes a toll, I never knew how much damage I was causing my joints. The shaft itself measured 10' and the weight was about 80/100lbs. Shoulders and knee joints suffered the most abuse. When I visited my country Puerto Rico, I was about 15 yrs old. I slipped down a steep hill and on the way down i twisted both my ankles. Ever since then my ankles have never been the same. Once the ligament streches but doesn't break they never heal the same. The ligament looses it's elasticity and strength. I have to be more careful then most around black ice, Cracked or uneven sidewalks. My sciatica issue kicked in early, I was in my 20s and I worked out then, I was in retail sales. The lower back muscles support our upper back - My upper body was heavier because I did alot of benching and heavy lifting I worked on my legs aswel but not like I did my upper body. Most guys focus more on the shoulders, chest arms and mid section but over look there back and legs. Significantly important because your legs and lower back hold everything from the midsection on up. My doctor said I have a weaker lower back the extra weight caused my lower back to much stress. It has to work harder to support my upper body. That's basically it. By the grace of God I'm here, this doesn't include the 5 auto accidents that I have been in. So I would say that I definitely count my blessings 🙌 🙏. Thanks for asking. - always work smart and ask for help when necessary. When it comes to working out, get educated and focus on all vital muscle groups, not just the ones visibly seen by most. Some muscles do as much work and they are just as significant but aren't given the same priority. Have a good one. 👍

    I did this and let me tell ya I’m am now dragging the ground. I get tangled up in it sometimes and have to watch where i step. The wife well she can only take 20 inches which is half so it’s put a strain on our relationship. Everyone stares at it. The workout really works.

    Mine grew 9 ft. I now use it to work forearms and triceps like and elastic band. and slap the dog when he wont shut up. Great for turning off light switches. Highly recommend this. I also tattooed the measurements of a yard stick so no need to haul a tape measure around. Buddy needs to know a measurement just whip it out and mark the length. Wife needs to measure a cabinet, np!! It sucks because not enough blood in my body to make it hard but the other payoffs are totally worth it. Just dont do cardio exercises in the park like jump rope.

    what about breath? How do you breathe adn when and what do you contract?
