That is amazing damage, i tried playling deadeye in wvw but i can only do like 200-400 critical damage each shot while my dragonhunter does 2k critical damage with each regular shot so i have no idea how it works :D
you spam rifle 2 until your bar in the middle has 5 points above health then go invisible and make the laser shot with rifle 1 from stealth. That deals the huge numbers
