I'd love to see a series of these with other streamers. Flesh out the time allowed and maybe the ruleset slightly, different rule modifiers etc. and it could be really fun to see the random builds. Great vid.

I wonder if you cant riposte because the shield is being two handed. The guard break doesnt open up like normal with both hands still holding to the shield it seems, pretty weird
We tested it after, and it was because he was two handing it from his left hand instead of the right hand lol

Great Idea! Reminds me of some pokemon challenges too! Keep up the content. You can include some rules aswell, like no spells, only 15 min to collect, spin the wheel of weapons. Much love from me

this was one of the more entertaining and interesting videos to watch of elden ring lately. Please do more like this with different rules etc. (can't use the same weapon if you win a battle, try a randomizer challenge (random world loot) but with this concept as well. )

Do an elden ring challenge, where your chat can vote on a command, such as roll right 2 times, or walk forward for 3 seconds, full charged attack, and it would be a race to see if you can beat the game in under 3 deaths

@@thesoggybreadman oh yeah you're totally right lol. I kinda got reminded of the idea from the twitch rivals event a few months back which was similar to this idea, but I think I first saw this exact idea from WolfeyVGC doing it with Pokémon a while back.
As for my username, it had nothing to do with the game, just what I had decided on along with my friend who made a similar name

Yeah it's a part of the PvP update from a few months ago, allows people to queue up into certain PvP game modes that take place in the colosseum
@@star0chris So that's what that weird statue is for in roundtable hold?
@@gamebuster800 yeah, but you have to open the door to the colosseums in the open world to queue up for PvP at the statue (statue is a convenient hub that lets you queue all the gamemodes)

be honest, this was inspired by the runescape videos right?
I actually hadn't known those existed until after we did this. I looked up the general idea on YT afterwards to see if anyone else had done this, out of curiosity, and found all those Runescape videos that some people had done and thought it was a solid way to title the video (even though that was basically what I was going to go with anyway from what I remember at the time)

PvP in Elden ring is such garbage.
It was a VERY cool idea and interesting video up until the point where you started to actually fight. The netcode is unwatchable -_-
