hi. If I buy more than one can the manual key be changed to match on all locksets?

My lock always opens from the outside. Tried the axis configuration and in both options does not work. Does anyone know what can it be?

thanks, i contacted with the custumer service and they solve it for me.

if anyone faced the same issue, their answer was: (You can check whether the clutch arrow is installed incorrectly, The clutch arrow needs to be downward before it can be used normally). and the issue was solved!
