Hi, it was clear and helpful video, I got the same lock (brand new) and I am not sure if it is faulty or not, I was not able to lock from outside, I keep looking for a video that show the mechanical working of the lock, when the door says it is locked, what happen to the deadbolt etc,. but never able to find any of such video, all the demonstration video here were all concentrate on how to enter admin, key tag etc,. the problem I had was when I am outside (keypad side) to lock the door by pushing the handle up (9-11 as in clock's hands) the deadbolt ejected to lock. At this stage I should not be able to open again from outside (by pushing door handle down or 9-7 clock handles direction) unless I use finger print, tags or enter pin to unlock. However, I was able to open and I don't understand why? and I can never lock with tag or pin, when I scan the tag, it says door is locked but the deadbolt never move or eject. So I try to find a video that actually show that part of the lock. too many video are all the same , they were all about entering admin setup. By the way entering admin passcode & tags was the process that was done first without any problems. just wishing there's a video showing the mechanical working of it, how it was able to open when it is unlock and how it cannot open when it is locked, i.e. when the mechanical deadbolt is ejected (something like that) of course this should be shown when the door is not shut.

Hi.. thanks for the video. I tried to set my admin up with my fingerprint but now when it asks to verify administrator my fingerprint doesn’t work 😭 Do you know how to delete administrator and start again? We just installed yesterday and already can’t use it!
Yes, you can add an extra user for the finger print if you don’t need the admin functions and just use the passcode for admin.
Or there is a small button top right if the batteries press it with a needle for a few seconds to reset everything

Do you mean once you put the fingerprint or tag, the door unlocks, and you want it to stay unlocked?
unfortunately, there is no setting for that as far as I am aware.

@ yeah, unfortunately, there is no option for that, at least it's nowhere in the manual.

Hi. I am trying to set it up, and I have added al users, cards, fingerprints, etc, but the lock never locks. I mean no password needed, you just open de door. Its never closed, and I don't know how to fix this. Can you help me?
sounds like an internal mechanism problem... do you hear a mechanical sound when you use a Tag/pass/code to unlock? and do you hear the same sound a while later when the door should self-lock... or is there no sound resembling something moving inside at all?

@@honestview I finally fixed it! Thank you so much for your help. It was indeed a mechanical problem: we changed the position of the handle but we didn't account for the change in position at the back of the lock. Thanks again!

@@honestview thanks for the response, but how with wifi, I have it connected with WIFI, but I don't see the option to open it on the app, I just see a way to generate code to give it to someone
@@jinceram I would have checked, but it's been years that I haven't used these locks...
it doesn't work as you expect... user must enter 4# then you approve the unlock from your phone. czcams.com/video/WzDLyFxj3eo/video.html I can't remember if there were other ways

Bro, the * long pressing doesn't work at all. I can't add administrator. Maybe its a malfunction?
See where the batteries are, there is a button in the top right... it to reset, try see if after a reset it works.
@@honestview Yeah I'm doing this tons of time. Really nothing happens.
@@lauroneto3360 if 1:46 long pressing the reset button does not work, then you have a problem... you can try taking out the batteries and leaving it off for a while, but that is like a 5% of success.... I would write to the seller where you got your lock from to see what they have to say.
