Yes! Glad to see collections by real dudes that connect with their blades! Thanks for sharing and hoping wifey’s are onboard!
Been waiting for episode 8 for a long time!
Me too! Haha! Hopefully it was worth the wait! Thanks for watching!
Sharing your stories through knives is much appreciated…..thank you both very much!! Beautiful collections, both 💯💯💯
Those Marauders at the end, wow! Love these knife talks with you two.
I'm crazy impressed at Marauder... So clean!
Great show!
Really enjoy you and Joe doing these demos
Thanks for watching! We love making them and glad you enjoyed it! More coming soon!
Love the Out of Doors series!! Great video gentlemen 👍
Thank you! It's my absolute favorite! Love the time with Joe and exploring blades in this format!
Great knife show…
Great collection. Very nice video.
Great stories from people who use their knives. Awesome video! I learned so much thank you 🙏
Bought a Mora companion spark and a Casstrom No 10 recently. Probably the mora perform better but the casstrom looks pretty.
I think I’ll try a Joker next
I have been using a mora bushcraft black since 2016 it has never had a problem . I want to get a garberg or another bushcraft scandi style knife but I always just stay with what I have why mess with the formula . Great video btw I would watch this format every time even if it was three hours
Thanks! Glad you liked it and I appreciate the support!
That Nomad is dope
Good stuff guys!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Love the Benchmade Puuko. I own 2 of them.
I’ve got about 40-50 knives now and I don’t plan on stopping. Reiff is my next stop 👍
I love my mora’s. I have the originals and the bushcraft one. Great around camp light work blades. I’m planning on getting a condor parang to be my heavy use blade.
Great show 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹💯💯💪🏽💪🏽🪓🪓🪵
This is awesome!
Thanks for watching! Always appreciate the support!
Super thorough...just found your channel...just subscribed...👊
So good!
Marauder Knife & Tool is awesome! I have a custom from him in MagnaCut. Actually his first custom with a tapered tang. He nailed it 👌 Great dude!
Bushcraft blade is the blade you choose to satisfy your specific needs in specific zone you enter like as desert, jungle, highlands, woods, … So it’s up to users budget, accessibility, experience, size, gender, priority, habits, wisdom, even statistics preferences and many more factors.
Reid F5 ftw! Reiff, LT Wright, White River, Battle Horse, etc. Only 🇺🇸 for me!
Joker should have been on the list
I cannot find any account for Liberty Knives.. Not on CZcams, Facebook, Instagram or eBay. Can anyone help?
Thanks, Mike
Great review guys, have y’all had a chance to handle the Tops Brakimo yet.
I’m curious how it compares to the Tops BOB.
This is very interesting and you two guys are reall passionates :)
BTW, the 3rd knife is not "bushcraft series". It's the Kansbol. It would have been nice to add the name of the knives in the video itself because sometimes we can't even figure out the name when it's too uncommon. I know it's in the description, but still... :) And it was a loooong video. Each segment should have been a video by itself. It's hard to keep focused for that long when there are so many details and info.
Some of these knives will serve you for an hour or two, but are definitely not for Bushcraft at any real level. Rounded spines, cr chinese steel, hollow grinds, these are for people who might make a sharp stick to cook hot dogs or marshmallows. Maybe a short hike, or a couple days of car camping.
My favorite's are: Budget : Mora Bushcraft Black. Premium: Lionsteel M4 (M390) It takes some reprofiling to make it work as it should. Hi-End: TRC Mille Cuori (Vanadis 4 Extra) + Survive knives GSO 4.5 (CPM 3V). My edc is a Manly Patriot (D2). I also love my custom knives made with forged Ballbering steel. that steel performance,is second to none. Outperforms CPM 3V on edge retention easily (almost 2 times more) while having the same toughness and even better edge stability in my experience. The only knife that I would get if I could, from all those shown here, is that Marauder Knife and Tool at 1:23:07 Not for the looks, but because I know how a great knife design looks, when I see one, since I'm more of a user than a collector, since I was raised in the mountains of Crete, where knife is status here and people don't go crazy if you have a fixed blade on your belt, they do though, if you don't!
what would you guys say is the BEST bushcraft knife, if you could pick only one?
This was an excellent video. Thank you! Lots of excellent knife choices. May I make a recommendation for budget to midrange? Have either of you tried a Joker knife out of Spain? Specifically the Lynx or Nomad? Great budget options. Typically can find them sub $125.00. Also got a give a shoutout to White River knives. These were excellent examples and some I am glad you showed on camera. I wish I could get a Reiff knife! Great video! 😎
Thanks for the comments and great suggestions! I've contemplated joker a number of times but never pulled the trigger.
My F4 is currently available if you want to email me ... outerlimitless@gmail.com
Thanks!
@@outerlimitless I might have to think about it. I just bought a Boker mini Bronco with a smaller blade length and love it. Another great budget option. Has 80crv abd comes with a nice kydex sheath.
Still doin your TFK series? Was on their website recently and didnt see much. Dude your blades are awesome I hope they are I kick myself for not getting in on one when you were doing your batches life was happening at the time lol
I haven't made a batch in a while... But more one offs with Shade... Quicker turnaround time. But i might get a small batch going soon.
Did the TFK T17.4 and other TFK Knives selling in Bulgaria?I'm interested in them!
I sell those directly myself but I don't have any in stock currently. If you would like to discuss possibilities please reach out to me at outerlimitless@gmail.com
Thanks!
I need to get in on the next run of T17.4's. I might stray from the design of my T17 (now the .6) and my .3 (Black G10 with orange liners). I like the Burlap Micarta.
Haven't made a batch in a while but man they are beautiful. TFK is quite busy but hopefully I'll get another batch ready in the near future. We have another project slowly in the works
Burlap Micarta ❤
Joe should make a channel…
He's good! My videos with him are some of my absolute favorites!
Thank you. I enjoy working under Eric’s umbrella. 😂
I can't find Joe's channel? Anyone know? I've looked for survival attitude and can't find it
Or better yet what is survival attitude he says "Joe from survival attitude" I can't find anything with that name
His Former Instagram name but I still call him survival attitude...
The Bark River Bravo is a convex grind, not a flat grind.
No. Flat grind with convex edge (bevel)
@@Buckeyes216 Having owned one and see them made they are ground on a slack belt. A true appleseed convex grind.

Why are we still saying "kryo" in refrence to stainless.... almost as gimicy as the Ole "440" on gas station knives
Thanks for the video tho!!
With respect to the Pathfinder, Battle Horse and LT Wright knives...LT and Dan (of Battle Horse) used to run a company called Blind Horse Knives, and they made the original Pathfinder knife designed by Dave Canterbury for the TV series...
This is an old man story about knives. About 70 years ago two kids got two different knives. One guy got an original Mora with the wood handles the other kid got a Canadian knife. 70 years on we still argue of what is better. Truth? We just agree my Canadian is better. Why? My friend would have to admit that with his better rifle I killed and processed more Cap Bufs than he did.
The term “bush craft” is for me a new thing and I don’t understand why it’s important to beat a knife up to make fire wood. For me having a knife that could clean a horses hove was important. And if absolutely necessary hammer in a shoe nail. To be truthful. Idiots picking a knife blade they will never use is the same topic as what caliber of rifle is the best. My answer will always be the same. A Canadian 5” and a 9.3X 62 bolt rifle. Yes I’m a FUD but tell me how good you can gut and process an elephant or a hippo and don’t bring up the ulu.. carved a whale as well
Bushcraft, survival is just marketing.
Anyone that was raised doing outdoor activities before youtube. The one term was wilderness survival. .
Some how the knife companies marketing division figured you call something survival you could make more money.
So they built over done knives just incase someone actually uses it.
Now Bushcraft knives are survival knives that are actually designed to use, at least some.
I guess my point is don't worry about marketing and labels. Figure what you want to do. Then get a knife that does it well.
Bougie?
What's your question?
Have this in Minds: Stone Time People survived with a Stone Knife!
If you heirloom a chinese made knife to your kids I feel bad for them. Especially considerjng we'll as likely as not be at war with them before you get to pass it down...
