New headphones for Mr. Music! Great🥰
Good review. I have had a pair of these for maybe 10 years and they have been great. So I bought another pair when recently setting up our radio studio, and the new pair are really really 'Boxy' in comparison. Not good at all.
Because the old ones seemed great, I thought maybe the new pair needed to wear in. But several months later they are still boxy. I'm thinking about the DT770s now to replace them.
Your comments match my experience. Just got a new pair to replace my old ones and am disappointed how boxy they sound! Awful in comparison. Guess I'll send 'em back. Thanks for your comments - most reviews I've read have been positive.
@marzzt glad it is not just me. For what it's worth I am happy with the dt770's. Much more bass and treble.

I like their sound but they get my ears hot and sweaty after just five or ten minutes. Any recommendations for decent phones that stay cool? Thanks.
