  • P-Laser has a wide range of laser cleaning machines. In this video, we compare the cleaning speed of a Low Power, Mid Power and High Power laser. Note: this demo was done manually. When automated, the test will give a more accurate result for the speed of different machine types.

      More than that......these advanced type ones cost $500K-1 million. You can get a cheap one that barely works for $80K. They will not be coming down in price anytime soon. Maybe 20 years.

    For those that are wondering about the price. You can't afford it.🤣
    Even the smallest ones are in the 10s of thousands. The bigger ones are in the 100k plus range and some as much as 500k.
    Incredible machines, I can't wait till they come down to something a smaller buissness might be able to afford, something that has some power so it is ussuable for stripping a car or something. Because as it stands the small one is amazing at smaller projects it's just not practical for larger ones.

      @@produKtNZ They are incredible machines. But as a previous business owner of construction and cabinet shop. I cannot see the value it compared to traditional methods.
      Only way I see this being viable is if you land a niche job where other methods either don't work or very impractical.
      But trying to compete in areas like say sandblasting cars, forget it. Customer doesn't care how you strip their cars as long as it is stripped and trying to pay off a 640k machine doing that. Good luck, you will have to be working a second job to make ends meet.
      You don't want to be only working for your tools for the next 30 years. That is the same cost for a very nice house even in my state!

    the result of the 100w its not impressive because the surface still has many stains. Does this mean that needs even more time for the perfect clear result of 1000w? Or it is not capable for such result?

    Would I be right in thinking you get the same results(quality of clean) with either machine, just the larger ones are quicker?

    • @PLaser
      @PLaser  Před 2 lety +1

      Indeed, more power - more speed. However, based on the application, a different type of laser machines might be needed. Systems with lower power produce a high-density beam. This is an aggressive type of beam, used for coatings that are difficult to remove, like rust and thin layers of paint. High-power systems produce a low-density beam. This is a softer type of beam, and it is used in situations where avoiding damage to the substrate is paramount.
