Yes you can. Simply do not file, what a lot of holders are doing since they now have confidence in the new buyer. I’m holding because no company throws 500k half a milly at a scam. Plus it’s in the Cayman Islands Dyor

If we choose not to file a proof of claim will our wallets and Safemoon tokens ownership still remain with us regardless of new ownership or will all be lost?
Yes it will remain and if it opens back up you’re in luck. If you file the claim you basically sold your tokens to the new buyer (VGX)

This is discriminant. What about people who don't follow sfm news, or who just let their tokens sit in their wallets and hoping? If the government or creditor wants to pay, just airdrop USDT or to the wallets. They halt trading. If they wish to do a good thing, just burn all tokens from John's wallets. I hate when old people try to do new things.
