- The era of Pre-Runes ends at the halvening block 840,000. With the official Rune protocol going LIVE, we enter the Post-Runes era. We do an overview of what has unraveled in the Pre-runes market and discuss new last minute market entrants like Cyberkongs. Also, we break down some interesting hints the RSIC team is putting out as Rune deployment nears. These lead to speculation of future utility for RSIC miners and make the RSIC rune ecosystem one of the more interesting Rune plays as of today.
We then discuss some technical asset management features to Bitcoin that many new degens may not be aware of. Bitcoin doesn’t function like other degen trader L1s like Ethereum and Solana. UTXO management is something to be aware of as minting new Runes will be incredibly painful if the proper UTXO tools are not leveraged to account for fee costs per mint and proper splitting of UTXO. As Runes go live the service providers and tooling will become more clear on how to best manage this for future Rune mints, which we will be discussing in future videos.

You guys are smart but I believe the Rune protocol maxes at 21 billion tokens. Mining will continue so that gives value to miners like RSIC.
Technically it’s 2.1 Quadrillion supply of UTXOs but many runes could lie on the same UTXO.

Src20 was claimed to be better than brc20 since they are not prunable. Arc20 and runes that are utxo based are unprunable as I understand. If this is the case how are src20 and stamps better than arc20 and runes?

Rsic was absolutely 100percent verifiable not the first pre rune plays. Runex was first, starting back in November 2023. Even Leonidas confirmed this. If provenance matters, runex was first to start pre mining their runes. It's not up for debate.
They didn't actually deploy anything like RSIC. But they did exist before yes.

bitcoin halving will put risk at miners reward to sustain the network. Therefor. The only safe guard is Transaction fees. isn’t stranger how runes came to save the day knowing that UTXOs pretty much increase transaction plus the meme thing?

@@anythingforclicks that is what they are alleging, some may not be able to achieve that whether technical of financial barrier due to high network fee environment. Be careful and do your own research before investing into a Pre-Rune project!
