Technically the Democrats already had it with the VP swing vote.
The absolute 51-49 majority gives them more breathing room against the Sinema's and Manchin's in the party though - but sadly losing the House or Reps means that they can't make much use of that outside of Senate only affairs like SCOTUS or Federal justice confirmations.
