    Will the wrap be warped in any way once you take the car for a wash? I'm assuming the wrap will absorb the soap and water and over time you'll have to replace it.

    • @KiesMotorsports
      @KiesMotorsports  Před 8 lety +1

      Some of the wraps shrink a little, but they shouldn't absorb water. I think avg life is 5 years

    I have a 2012 mustang 3.7 and the car is completely murdered out aside from the grey rear diffuser. It would be so nice if it was black just looking for a cheap diy option. I’m too scared to paint cuz I think I’ll mess it up. But maybe I could do this.

      @KiesMotorsports  Před 8 lety

      +Chris Dalupang Hey Chris, I keep going back and forth. I've been looking at the H&R sport springs. Some people are saying that it's bad to lower the x-drives, so I'm still thinking about it. Do you drive one, too?

    • @shortroundChris
      @shortroundChris Před 8 lety

      +Kies Motorsports no friend of mine has one and she wants to lower it. I have koni and h&r sports on my e36 though and love. just the right drop IMO, but yeah for these xdrives with the dampening control may be a complication. I don't think it would be good to put lowering springs on the stock setup anyhow. Even if you had the Pss Bilstein coilovers, the car cannot be equipped with the EDC. which kind of sucks.

    • @KiesMotorsports
      @KiesMotorsports  Před 8 lety

      +Chris Dalupang Oh, awesome! Yea, I'm going to hold off on them for now. I think coilovers are the way to go, but they can also be crazy expensive. I drive a lot with work and sometimes have clients in my car, so I try to keep that in mind as well. That's one of the reasons that I don't have exhaust on this one..
