the banana flavor/smell is definitely a thing with certain beers, especially German Hefeweiss beers, and some Belgian ales too I think. Banana/clove... It is somehow due to the strains of yeast used.

One of the best things for me to do in Japan is to hop bars in Ginza area during the winter season so that the cocktails from each bar can warm me up in the streets 😍
5:15 The ones farthest from the door might have the hardest time fleeing the room during emergencies like earthquakes or fires. Considering that these emergencies are more commonplace than samurai attacks, they should reverse the seating arrangements?

In Hokkaidou I got to see what 80% polished rice looks like and it's so tiny . I'm a weak drinker so I didn't try the sake made from it
