1. Read it when you need it
2. Play lofi music in the background
3. Read 3 chapters max .. analyse it ..
4. Go for a drive or observe nature for some time ..

I read a lot self help books...bt compare to fiction self help books are dead slow🤣🤣 bt that's a perfect way to read self help books...coz we need to realise each lines some line are encoded we need to decode it and consume it...so reading self help books slow is perfect....❤️monk who sold his Ferrari my current read🤣🤣🤣 actually really a good book... looking forward to complete today 😇
