My cousin's boyfriend came clean once, and told us he used to participate in dog fighting in his past. He said one day, he looked out and saw this female pit bull (one of the fighters), and this dog came up and started trying to kiss him. This dog was going through hell on earth and still was giving love. He said it was like a switch flipped in his head - he suddenly realized that this wasn't okay, that these dogs were pure joy and love and that this wasn't aggression and fighting - it was merely torturing small, loving animals. He said he immediately grabbed her and took her home with him and never went back. He's had pit bulls ever since, and he's a major advocate for them and against dog fighting. He also managed to convince a lot of his old friends that dog fighting was bad, and managed to show them just how lovely pitties are. He is the only person that I can forgive for dog fighting, because he's truly changed, and does everything he can to make up for it.

As against inhumane treatment of animals as I am I have to lean more on the side of DM. 100 miles is a bit far but maybe the swim from archatrez island to inland would be sufficient enough to earn a jail cell, it is shark infested waters after all.

We rescued 3 pitbulls from a ring. 2 were bait dogs one was a pup. We adopted all of them. The best loving dogs ever. You are so nice to take her in and give her love. Thank you♥️
Rescue is the way forward. So many bull terrier breeds in shelters here in the UK. There is no need to go to a breeder. My last 2 staffies were rescues and they were the most loving family pets.

The thing that gets me is the little boy saying “if you train them the right way they are nice” but she was obviously not tried to the right way (she went through abuse and dog fighting) yet she’s still nice. She’s the poster child for resilient pittbulls that’s all I have to say

This video is so sweet. I hate that Karma went through all that pain and suffering but she's in a better place now and super happy. Sweet girl. She's so cute. I'm so happy you guys were able to adopt her. I love dogs too and I'm against dog abuse or any abuse and dogfighting as well.

I'm with my 2nd rescued pittie. I am in love with this breed and I will always have a dog and they will always be rescued pit bulls. I've had labs, min pins, but the sweetest, most amazing dogs for me have been pit bulls. I'm a disabled veteran and both dogs became my comfort animal and with them I am able to interact with society. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing breed. My heart will always belong to a pit bull. ❤

And not just pit bulls attack other things, but so do other dogs as well as just animals too. But thats just part of life. People also attack others and abuse pets. I wish this would all end. This video is so sweet. I hate that Karma went through all that pain and suffering but she's in a better place now and super happy. Sweet girl. She's so cute. I'm so happy you guys were able to adopt her. I love dogs too and I'm against dog abuse or any abuse and dogfighting as well.
I will NEVER EVER understand how people can do such horrible things to these AMAZING animals!!! What I can do is say thank you and God bless the rescuer and anyone else that has to do with saving these wonderful animals!!

I'm with my 2nd rescued pittie. I am in love with this breed and I will always have a dog and they will always be rescued pit bulls. I've had labs, min pins, but the sweetest, most amazing dogs for me have been pit bulls. I'm a disabled veteran and both dogs became my comfort animal and with them I am able to interact with society. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing breed. My heart will always belong to a pit bull. ❤

It is so sad to me that pit bulls are treated poorly and misjudged. 😓 I wish people would appreciate them more. And not just pit bulls attack other things, but so do other dogs as well as just animals too. But thats just part of life. People also attack others and abuse pets. I wish this would all end. BTW, thank you Dodo for sharing this touching video with us! I love seeing pets that get loved so much. 😊💖
