This song achieved 86 million views in 24 hours on the day of its premiere on CZcams, and won the VMA for best summer song 2020, I recommend DANCE PERFORMANCE by HOW YOU LIKE THAT, it has 1.5 billion views and is the most viewed dance choreography in history.

HOW YOU LIKE THAT is part of BLACKPINK's first full album released in 2020, the album is called "THE ALBUM" BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM" premiered in October 2020 and reached #1 on BILLBOARD 200 GLOBAL and #2 on BILLBOARD 200 USA, (being the highest ranking ever for a kpop girl group album up to that date). moment, and has only been surpassed by BLACKPINK's album "BORN PINK" from 2022) In addition, "THE ALBUM" was #25 among the best 50 albums in the world of 2020 according to BILLBOARD, this being the best ranking for a kpop album in all of history, so far. Personally it's a perfect album, it's so good that any of its 8 songs could easily be the main song, and my favorite song on the album is: LOVE TO HATE ME As a curious fact, the songs: HOW YOU LIKE THAT, LOVE TO HATE ME and YOU NEVER KNOW are dedicated to BLACKPINK haters, since for obvious reasons they are highly attacked as they are the biggest girl group in all of history and they are aware of that, thank you for your reaction
It’s crazy to think too that they are singing mostly in Korean. They have a good population. But majority of fans don’t even speak the language.
Not sure if anyone’s mentioned it yet but they actually do whole different versions of some songs singing in Japanese.
A few later songs are also 100% English.
So much talent singing in 3 languages.
A bit of background on the meaning of the scenes in HOW YOU LIKE THAT:
*HOW YOU LIKE THAT* is about coming back from a dark place stronger than before. There are many Greek references in the video, a few examples are:
The winged statue in the temple represents Nike, Goddess of Victory.
Rosé (silver hair), in the beginning, is portraying Persephone, Goddess of Vegetation (plants, flowers) and the daughter of Zeus. One day while Persephone was out gathering flowers, Hades, God of the Underworld, abducted her and dragged her down to the Underworld where she was forced to become his wife. The video shows her in her beautiful image, surrounded by flowers, as well as how she became, dirty and grey, staring up at the world through a hole in the Underworld. She was eventually allowed to return to the surface for part of the year, which is why we have Spring and Summer.
Jennie (maroon dress) under the umbrellas is surrounded by dancers, their hands are "spiders", crawling over her face. Directly after this, under the burning umbrellas (they're rotating too, by the way), Jisoo is seated in a chair that is spiderlike in its design.
The Trojan Horses at the end are a message from BLACKPINK to the world. They symbolize the fact that BLACKPINK, like the Greeks, will emerge and take over the global music world. If you look at the last scene you will notice that on the inside of the dome it looks like there's an organic growth over parts of the ceiling. It's actually a map of the world that the group is going to dominate.

The "GOOD LORD! she is beautiful" comment reads on people's faces as they do double takes just passing Jisoo on the streets. It's a hilarious thing to see,.. people turning around going,.. WHAT was THAT!!!?? Jisoo has some kind of natural allure that it is hard to define. ALso she might just be THE most photogenic living human being. OH! and there are 3 other top world class performers in this video TOO!!! They walked in with Jisoo.

The M/V's don't cost as much as it would in the west...
Labour costs are lower, YGE has it's OWN space, and they do reuse props to keep costs down, etc.
Not saying there there isn't a price tag, just not as much as people would think...
The initial costs, when YGE was Originally putting everything together is where the actual price tag is...
