Sidari, Corfu | GREECE 🇬🇷

Sidari is located at the western end of the northern coast of Corfu, east of Cape Drastis at an altitude of 10 meters. It is 32 km northwest of the capital and belongs to the Municipality of North Corfu. According to the 2011 census, it has 386 inhabitants.
The coastline consists of impressive clay hills that penetrate into the sea creating inlets. The most famous but impressive formation is called Canal d'Amour ("Canal of Love"), between Sidari and Peroulades. There are also many underwater caves in the area. It is an important tourist destination of Corfu, with hotels, rooms for rent and restaurants. It has three beaches. From Sidari there is a ferry connection during the summer months with Ereikoussa, Othonou and Mathraki.

Came here twice in the 80's it wasn't a built up mess then and there weren't those stupid umbrella things all over the place and silly little plastic boats floating about everywhere - in my opinion it has been totally destroyed. Stuff stuff stuff and more stuff one can really see how destructive stuff actually is - it used to be so different

Grecja ma mnóstwo wysp, a każda na swój sposób inna. Warto odwiedzać te mniej znane, które nie są jeszcze skompercjalizowane.
