People are too short sighted these days that they will watch this and not see how this is how legendary teams begin. They begin in pure obsolete darkness - usually at the very lowest of the low in terms of confidence, structure and organisation.
This guy came out in front of the Man UTD Supporters and said they were going to (try their best) bring the FA Cup to Old Trafford.
Guess what - they did. And do you know what, it was the young and hungry young players that won us the match - just like that legendary Giggs goal we all remember (you know, shirt off, hairy chest on show) ETH also made sure to thank all the staff, the academy coaches, their coaches and everyone else involved in developing players like Mainoo and Garnacho.
If we ever needed anyone more for Man UTD it is ETH. Yes we had a s hit season - but we had 3 or 4 shi t seasons with Fergie before they started to look anything like the Man UTD we all remember from the 90's/00's.
Ratcliffe said they weren't going to do what has been done in the past at Man UTD - IE Sack managers on a whim because the players have given up trying. So if that is true, ETH will continue and the players told to improve their efforts.
Amrabat has made the team more solid! With Licha coming back and a solid midfield of Mainoo and Amrabat, United should become substantially better.

I’ve said it beginning of the season, mid season, and now again. We CANNOT keep switching managers like it’s a drop in class. We need a gaffer that stays and looks to build a heritage. First thing ETG did as he came to OT was to get advice from SAF. That right there was it for me. I trust in him, I trust in UTD, he’s our gaffer and we as supporters should stand by him. GGMU 🔴
And this season was not a total failure with the FA cup. Hopefully next year we can really challenge the top.

SJR is working his due diligence to change the inside of United’s board. The least we can do as fans is to support our gaffer and hope for the best in the future. It takes a longer management period than 2 years under a manager to build a heritage that can last as long as a decade.
One of the few games this season that I see everyone fighting for each other! Despite a few suspense till the end, I truly enjoyed seeing the players communicating and encouraging each other. ETH made all the right subs at the right time.
Win or loss in Wembley, I'm sticking with the process with ETH all the way to next season 👍🏼

You are bang on mate. Too many people are unable or ignorant to see that we've moved in the right direction. This season has been a write-off as we are short on depth yet still in a cup final. Still a chance of European football - I'm amazed.
The ability to put in performances always dwindle as players tire at the end of the season, and fixtures were tough, but he's managed to have them fight back against the leaking defence with goals. All he's got to do is fix those leaks, and we're instantly a better team as we have more goals and resolve in us. A healthy squad would have got us top 4 this season without a doubt in my mind.
He has earned at least another season, and if he manages to keep us in the running, I dont see why we won't just allow him to build a squad of his choosing, with Berrada and Ashton of course to ensure they're well scouted, top professionals.
Let's try something different to our usual sack him temp fix, we know he's a winner 🏆 - multiple league winner who had that Ajax team cooking on gas. Got us silverware last season. Not seeing anyone else matching his accumen showing any respect for the club.
