Erick Ten Hag type of players: Onana, Martinez ,Shaw,Dalot,Mainoo,Bruno, Hojlund and Garnacho. I promise you if we can add a Centre back like Saliba, a winger with the work rate and skill like Leão(very consistent unlike Rashford), a Midfielder Like Rodri or a young Modric than we will do something special.
We have to take into consideration that this guy wanted De Jong as his first choice, he would have loved to have Kane but Spurs were not going to sell him to rival. They couldn't even sell him to City because of the price. The only bad signing this guy has made is Anthony. Mount has been injured.
Players Ten Hag found in the club and he wouldn't keep if he could sell them all:
Varane(not that great on the ball and always injured), Maguire,Lindelof, Bissaka,Sancho(very lazy but talented), Martial, Rashford if he could replace him with a better winger with the right attitude, Mctominay, Casemiro (if only he got De Jong).
Personally as Man United fan if we sack this guy, I promise you their is no manager that we win the league or be competitive in terms of winning the league with this whole group together. It's a group that has to be broken apart.
He did not achieve 3rd place and a league cup because his a bad manager.
There are games last season that United played how he would actually want them to play:
Against Arsenal at Old Trafford (The first 15 minutes)
Against Arsenal away from home(the first 15 minutes)
Against Chelsea away from home( the first 45 minutes)
Against Liverpool away from(the first 45 minutes)
    Against Bournemouth at home
    Against Wolves away from home
    Against Forest home and away
    Against Everton away from home
    Again Spurs at home
Watch all those games and you will see signs of what this guy was trying to build.
Guardiola and Klopp did not start winning immediately. Before Guardiola came to City they were already playing good football, they only had a bad season prior to his arrival but he found players who could adapt easily to his style of play. Klopp won nothing in his first two full seasons at Liverpool and his first full season at Liverpool they played well but conceded a lot of goals because they had a bad defence. Go and check it out.
United will fail if we continue changing managers without breaking playing group apart.

Look at Rashford, he only has good seasons when his contract is up for renewal. We need to fix the current culture in the team.
