My 1958 Plymouth barn find is just moments away from being able to drive on the road for the first time. Think it'll survive the drive and stay alive? Stick around to the end of the video to see just what we had to go through to get to this point!

Dylan, one of the reasons I enjoy your content so much is because you are real. You make mistakes, get frustrated, forget to tie the battery down, etc. It’s human nature to want to walk away sometimes, especially when you are exhausted and up against a deadline you realize cannot be met. The most important thing is that you know when to take a break, walk away, calm down and then come back with a clear head and forge on. We are often our own worst enemy but having a strong support system, family, friends and faith is what makes all the difference at the end of the day. Congratulations on getting through it and finishing strong! Looking forward to future content as always. God bless.

The young man that gave the toy car, he is a friend/schoolmate of my friends oldest son. He actually sent me clips of this, but told me I had to wait to see your video for all of it. He said you were/are a true gentleman with everyone around, genuine. It's people like you, taking time for everyone, and inspiring everyone, that helps keep the automotive world alive. We've all been at that point of giving up, and actually have given up. God knew you needed that young man, at that exact moment. The appreciation we have for your transparency, your drive, your creations, but most of all, your true to self, true to life reality. That's what keeps us here.

I immediately thought of a friend who passed away 20 years ago. He was a die hard Mopar guy. He drag raced a 64 Polara in the nostalgia class at several local drag straps. When ever I was having issues working on my 67 Mustang and complained about a noise I couldn't figure out, he would say "turn up the radio". Thanks for the memory.

It had a 318 two bbl, three on the tree, no power steering and no power brakes or as my Dad used to say "No power steering and no power brakes, it's got power to the rear wheels"! Don't worry about Mrs. McC only giving it a six out of ten you'll know it has her approval when she races you to the car so she can drive it.

Well I'll be darned...it is back and running...nice work! By the way, I drove one of these 58s for 12 yrs. Sold it to a friend who finished it and gave it to his daughter.

I wish the 460 in my F260 sounded that characterful. Thing sounds great for what it is!

So glad to see the old girl finally hit the road! I definitely know the feeling of losing motivation to work on a project due to persistent problems and time crunches. So happy about the youngster at the car show helping motivate you to keep the project going! Undoubtedly my favorite build you've done so far Dylan, and by far one of the most intensive. Keep up the awesome work!

If I could, I’d sit here and just hit the like button over and over for about an hour! I love this car! It looks good and sounds even better, but the best part (for me) is the V8 with a four speed behind it! Love it! God bless you and your family, Dylan!
