      @@ciprodriguez I would start with our Primal Abs challenge, we focus on getting lean quickly with nutrition and building the foundation with your core. If you feel strong with the foundational core exercises then I would advance from here to RPF or Primal Movement 101. However, in saying this, it depends on the person. You can give our free strength workout a go to get a feel of the RPF program. You can check out our Primal Abs challenge program here: primalbodyacademy.com/sp-abs-challenge-sub/

      Hi, I would look into Ballet Conrad and Finis Jhung to learn more about turnout and teaching mistakes when approaching turnout. It's definitely not as simple as it looks and when approached incorrectly it can lead to injury. It takes years to develop . Please please revise the segment on turnout. It's haphazardly taught.

      Got to get these gains in haha But I'm assuming you're referring to the plyometric exercises with jumping. I usually perform these either during the day, so it's not so annoying for my neighbors and if it's a serious noise issue (like shaking picture frames off the wall lol), I'll opt for the other two strategies of eccentric focused, low impact training or the ballet "low impact" style exercises. Stay strong 💪

    Hi ginger ninjas. as a fellow slightly greyer ginger( not ninja yet) I'm doing a lot of your exercisers for rollerblading for extra strength in ankles, knees, quads, core and absolutely love them but with all the exercises I'm now doing (not as much lately) my appetite is getting worse normally I eat lightly and drink lots of water but not being as busy with the exercise lately I'm eating to much of everything. I'm wondering if you could do one of your great videos maybe on what you guys eat or something like that cause I'm real good at routine and I think I need eating routine so any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks and keep up the great work.

      @TappBrothers  Před 4 lety +6

      @@birdsamora9925 Yes this circuit : czcams.com/video/7HNAPENBr0w/video.html (for anyone who reads this thread and is curious). This was my basic plan for years and it worked wonders for my strength. It holds up well to this day. A great functional strength circuit for most people. However, a few tweaks you can add to this for focused strength gains. Instead of a circuit format of performing these exercises one after another. You can perform each exercise and perform the sets and reps with 2-3 minutes rest in between sets (I would alternate between circuit style and more rest, sets & reps in the past). For example, the pull ups... perform regular grip pull ups, 8 reps - rest for 2-3 minutes -- then perform chin ups, 8 reps --- rest for 2-3 minutes ... etc. Then instead of performing as many reps to failure, increasing the resistance to hit 5-8 reps for each exercise. This may mean, for the lower body exercises, using some of the strategies we talked about in this video for the reps. Also for your pull ups and push ups. I had a weight vest to add resistance with my pull ups and push ups when my strength became more advanced. Hope this helps and stay strong 💪
