you might want a pop filter, if you don't have one yet. It helps dampen your p's and other bursts of air through your mouth to the microphone.

i'm sure you don't remember, but i left a comment on a video of yours a while back. i didn't go into detail, but i mentioned that i'd recently gone through a rough breakup, and was doing my best to proclaim "i exist" without breaking down. it's now been a year and a month since that breakup, and i DO still exist, and i exist gloriously, on my own, with my blissful solitude and my books and cats and music-making/consuming, and my lovely friends, and my favorite youtubers. and i am whole. and i do see the sun now. i just wanted to say this for anybody who may be going through it right now, i swear it'll look up, just keep on existing

My simple pleasures: the perfect cup of tea; my lizard wiggling into her sleep corner; the bright coolness of summer mornings; grass, underfoot; the smell of the ocean; tepid showers; cloud-watching; sinking into the physical sensation of a book; sheets dried in the sun; running my tongue over my freshly-cleaned teeth; 8pm; the grey run-off while washing my hands after repotting or training new books; seagulls floating lazily in the sky; slowly, slowly combing my hair; seeing fish in a creek or canal; the variance in flavour of blueberries; early afternoon, all windows open, laying still, feeling the breeze on bits of bare skin. 🌿
Since the lockdown, I have been struggling with depression. I felt completely drained and neglected even my basic needs. The weight of my depression prevented me from finding joy in anything and made every task a struggle.
Thank you for making this video. It has been helping me discover pleasure in the mundane aspects of my life. Now, I am learning to appreciate the warmth of the sun in the morning instead of resenting it or enjoying the aroma of my first meal of the day. Once again, thank you for making this video.
